  1. i would reckon for business, you would be best around Perth- mostly central for supplying North or South. Its on the main drag up through Scotland, and Perthshire is probably the most scenic county in Scotland. cheers Ian
  2. Well done m8, only thing is you'll do all of us overworked, and overexamined boiler enginners out of a job. Then how will we be able to run our soops !!!! Cheers Ian

  7. Not the most scenic of islands - mostly sugar cane everywhere. But the beaches and hotels are generally very good. We stayed in Grand Baie which is on the north of the island and had a great holiday - which I'm sure you will if there are a few of you going. The locals are very nice and helpful too cheers Ian
  8. Welcome Greenauto - but I am sorry to disappoint you Cheers Ian

    Bahamas

Stayed at the Radisson Cable Beach a few years back also, when we arrived at the hotel they were overbooked. But they put us up at the Atlantis for a couple of nights, paid all the transfers, food, drink etc, upgraded us to a suite on our return to the Radisson - and believe it or not but actually refunded us the 2 nights board - thats what I call service. A must do - is to swim with the dolphins @ Blue Lagoon Island - brilliant experience. Scenic wise - Bermuda is much nicer cheers Ian
  12. Possibly the bloke in the Wilson/Redrow houses at the top end of Hamilton. His is black and you quite often see it on Strathaven Road Cheers Ian
  13. So your flying wingless then Rory !! It is a clean looking car that you have then, hope to see you about Cheers Ian
  14. I've noticed a couple of black soops in Hamilton - one up at Ambleside Rise at the top end of the town, and boy @ XS Sport who had a 300zx but now a black soop. Hope to see you about Cheers Ian PS Mine is green - not too many of this colour about.
  15. I'm in Stonehouse, have been for the last 18 years now. Was origonally from Strathaven, but moved down the road a wee bit. Hope to meet up with you sometime, possibly at one of the events - in fact the Vintage car meet @ Chatelheraut is quite good. Cheers Ian
  16. Mine is running fine,Nige. Couldnt remember your mates name- got to try harder, but his car is looking good too. Looking forward to some fun & events this year, more than likely will see you at them. How did Irvy get on with his insurance claim ? Cheers Ian
  17. Saw some pics on the Scottish Jap site. Looks as if the red TRD is Ian's as Ruth's black Celica is also there. Nige, the cars looking nice and tidy for the new season !! Is that your m8's red 300ZX there ? Cheers Ian
  18. I've seen a white one hanging about in Stonehouse recently. (about 3 miles from Kirkmuirhill). As yet dont know who it is, but given time i'll probably find out. cheers ian
  19. To get this post back on line. Mine does exactly the same as you described, can be quite embarrasing when someone is about to pass you and you floor the pedal - only to get a lot of noise with very little responce. However I dont think it is anything to do with Turbo lag or the BOV as mine is an NA Auto. Just hope its not the box though. Cheers Ian

  23. Cant understand why you didnt just shaft her on the first night !! Then you wouldnt be in this predicament now - use to work for me in the good old days. Then after you had finished with her - then you could do the manly thing by passing her onto your mates. We used to have great fun doing this -especially if the girl was keeping a marking system - used to be a great laugh cheers Ian
