By the footwell on the drivers side, just below the dash line, there is a fuse box there. If not there, there is usually a fuse on the head unit as well...

Yeah it has been available on the apple dev program for a while.... I've yet to find the 200 extra features, only one I found was the drop down notification bit.... that's it

iPhone 4S on order and my 4 goes to someone else in the office... that said I carry a sensation anyway so have the best of both. Already running iOS 5 on my i4 and it is okay, nothing to ger REALLY excited about personally but hey ho...
