  1. That's what I was thinking compared to mine!
  2. I've just replaced the discs and pads on each corner with OEM parts from Toyota then swapped the brake lines for a braided steel set and they are much firmer now. Cost under £500 compared to around £1400 to upgrade to UK spec brakes
  3. Does it raise the spoiler?
  4. Not really if it's a genuine GZ Aero in decent condition, there weren't many RHD examples as it is let alone 20 years later - but then I might be biased....
  5. It think it's called the front roof weatherstrip or something like that, I have the part number and can confirm when I'm back home later in the week from Australia
  6. I've not long bought replacement rubbers from Toyota for the pretty much the whole roof and pillars for the same thing. I thought it best to replace them all while I was at it, think it was about £400
  7. It's not but it looks like SupraStar 3000's Supra
  8. Nice spec and welcome! Expect to be taking paint off with the wrap and having to get the bonnet resprayed. I took a wrap off my Supra and had to get the whole car done - not cheap!
  9. Mine will be up for sale at £2.5k once I replace the heater matrix and put it back together Edit: I should probably state that it is going to be a couple of months until it's ready as I'm off to Australia tomorrow
  10. Too much effort, you now need to make your Supra as legendary as the Castrol/Tom's Supra A refurb on your headlights would compliment the kit and wheels on yours IMO
  11. Here we go, this is why I clicked the link!
  12. This was not what I was expecting when I clicked the link
  13. Looks much better than the other options I've seen, good work
  14. I have thought about this but I can't imagine the box will last long doing it! I'm thinking more of trying to nip out on roundabouts etc than trying to beat (race) someone off the lights - it's game over once the tubbies kick in
  15. The auto is a great box to use, the only thing I'm not too keen on are the launches off the lights etc. You can't build up the revs before you drop the clutch like you would in a manual. Personally I prefer a manual and will convert my Supra at some point, I only got an auto box as the aerotop was not available in a RHD manual. Test drive both and see what you prefer, and welcome to the club
  16. You get what you pay for, I've had great service from DAW
  17. Or one that has a better name than Craigs Plates and sells the import size front plate, there's something about having their name/logo at the bottom of the plate that doesn't sit well with me
  18. The item description says pre facelift
  19. I got bored of reading the advert but it screams stay away
  20. Who is this quote with? I doubt I'd get a quote for a standard Civic much cheaper than that! My first car was a 1.1 D reg Fiesta insured TPFT back in 2002 and it cost me £1200 - I even declared it was beige so it was no risk of being stolen...
  21. I had the same, couldn't leave it a week without the battery dying. Swapped out the head unit making sure the next one was wired in properly and it started first time this morning after 3 weeks of sitting on the drive
