just had the stock turbos rebuild with steel fins and....

All you need to do, if he hasnt snapped the bolts, is take the turbo pipes off the top of the turbo's and slap her on! It's not too bad to do to be honest -

tbh i wouldnt buy any used items, especially internals, for any engine let alone a high spec single turbo

Aye i was thinking of aftermarket inlet.. for now im sticking with the stock inlet, got the bottom half ports polished up nice smooth and free flowing now, done as far up the plenium as i could! The inlet i will be going if i change my mind is the VW one, yes its expensive!

Hello all you technical single turbo fitters out there Is there anything i need/can do to stock inlet manifold or throttle body with the single turbo job? or not just inlet side I know about blocking EGR and binning carbon canister. Increasing breather system size. Is there anything else i can do? Cheers Guys

You'll need to set the clock How long has it been standing since last time it was run? or has it been on trickle since? Just a thought, if its been standing for a day and it starts ok now, then should be ok after footy!

CopyCat! There's a cheaper, just as good, sound deadning on the market, im sure your guy will know about it, i cant remember what its called! It'll be a nicer car to drive, less noise and will feel more solid believe it or not

Might be worth checked the springs on yours bud. Possibly top mounts gone a bit dry?!
