Make sure you put enough copper grease on them when you rebuild. I did mine before setting it all up on the car. 3 years later, they adjust like they came out of the box

When was the last time you changed the oil?? It looks a bit thin and black. Might be an idea to flush the IC and change the oil.. drive it normally for a few weeks, and just pop the pipe off the Throttle Body and have another look
