  1. I'm not sure if they fit over UK spec brakes as I dont have them on my J spec yet but I seem to remember them having a ton of clearance from the J spec calipers. I'm waiting on my UK spec brake setup to arrive shortly so i will check the clearance then. I'm located just outside Glasgow.
  2. These alloys came off my Jap Spec Supra TT as I went for 18" Ultralites. The alloys are Hinodex Stern Beast split rims and are in excellent overall condition with only the two passenger side wheels showing slight kerbing. They have good Bridgestone Grid II rubber with 4mm tread left on the back, and a Bridgestone Potenza which needs replaced and a Firestone FE230 with 4mm tread on the front. The front wheels are 17 x 8.5" et28 with 235/45 17 tyres The rear wheels are 17 x 10" et20 with stretched 265/40 17 tyres fitted. I'm looking for around £300 ono for them but I dont have a clue how I would post them so would prefer a local pick up for them. 3. I'm wanting in this group buy using surface post but I haven't got my membership through yet, sorting it out the now!
  4. Can you have your gauges installed this way if you intend to run an oil cooler kit also?
  5. Thanks for the heads up regarding the HG I didnt know that:) So UK spec 550s and a SAFC should be fine for what spec I'm planning, that saves money to spend on the bodywork! Have people ran CW's clutches at this spec with no problems? My car is eventually gonna be used mostly for weekend fast road and trackday driving.
  6. The clutch on my standard TT has just started slipping so I've decided nows the time to start upping the power after I replace the clutch with something suitable. I have used the search function and found loads of info about CW uprated standard clutches and the many RPS one available but I am unsure of what I will need for my application:rolleyes: I am wanting to go aftermarket clutch as I am gonna be going stage 3 hybrids, cams, thicker metal HG, 650cc injectors, emanage ultimate and all the other mods needed for this sort of spec. Can anyone recommend what aftermarket clutch I will need and does the flywheel need replaced at the same time? My car has covered 56,000miles.
  7. For the price you are talking about I can't see by the Ultralite 755 Nurburgring's. Lovely deep dish, available in silver, gold or black and can be bought in an offset to clear the UK spec brakes. I paid £680 odd for my 18" ones from Whifbitz. Here's mine
  8. They were'nt any heavier than the 17" Hinodex stern Beast Split rims that came with the car. btw, I've got the 17" wheels lying about if anyone fancies buying them. PM me.
  9. Myself and Lloydmcc are gonna be travelling up from East Kilbride early sunday.
  10. Thanks for all the kind words guys Brian, yeah I spent a sh*t load on that S13 I bought from you and it was still no where near as fast, didnt handle as well and looked nothing like as good as my Supe:) Nic, I emailed you last week about prices for the UK spec brake upgrades and I got your spreadsheet in reply. rayman, I got the wheels from Whifbitz in the offsets to fit over UK spec brakes. I cant remember what the widths were though. I was told the splitter and skirts were Toyota options by Vine Place, but I'm happy with their look anyway. I'm gonna finish off the exterior with Bomex rear spats, window tints and gold Toyota and Supra badges
  11. Hi all, I've been lurking on this forum for a few months now without really posting much! I bought my 94 Supra TT 6 Speed at the start of March from Vine place and I'm loving every minute of it with big plans for the motor in the near future. It's already fitted with a Blitz NUR Spec R exhaust, HKS SSQV BOV, Gold 18" Ultralite 755s, RSR Springs, Blistein Shocks, Toyota Aero front splitter and Toyota Side skirts. Its going to be mainly a track/weekend toy so I'm planning on big brakes all round and everything needed to use a BL T61 kit to its full potential:) Here's some pics, and believe it or not its metallic Bronze
  12. Does anyone know what that splitter in the original post is? Is it a copy of a Jap splitter cause my Supe TT arrived from Japan with one of them fitted.
  13. I got my bronze TT 6 speed from Vine Place at the start of March, cant rate them highly enough!
  14. Is there anyone travelling up from the Glasgow area to this? Could get a convoy on the go
