  1. is it front wheel drive though??
  2. Agree with the personality thing, i have been addicted to prescription pain killers and am no stranger to drink, neither is my dad, i could be an alcoholic without doubt, having children keeps me under control, also have high stress job though, probably also addicted to sex, or w@nking as it turns out as the wife won't provide the service as often as i would like!!!
  3. I am a nurse and have been for 13 years, and have been an NHS manager, whole situation at the moment is difficult we are trying to do our best but it would appear evolution is winning, payment will be made from NHSLA which is a litigation authority, each trust pays a yearly fee in millions depending on how their assessment goes, but at the end of the day it does come from tax payer, the media do exaggerate the situation badly though, and although i feel very sorry for the likes of Blackie and his mum it is not the same everywhere, unfortunately staff are people too and are overstretched, wards at my hospital are running with 2 trained nurses for 50 patients. Our intensive care has been told to make cost improvements of £308,000 this year, so £25,000 a month, we cannot manage on what we are spending now let alone save any, the figure rises yearly
  4. she did not get mrsa she got mssa, sensitive to antibiotics, working in the nhs i can tell you staphyloccoccus is the most common bug carried on human skin , membranes etc, if you are well causes no probs, but if you get a large wound, i.e from surgery then it can cause infection. Biggest carrier is from visitors and pts themselves unfortunately, obviously hand washing by staff is essential, but bacteria is all around us, the saying a bit of muck does you no harm comes to mind, most peoples immune systems are not up to date, like running a brand new computer with windows 3.1, if you congregate people who are all ill and immunocomprimised in the same building the infection will in some cases get the better, incidentally as many people die from bugs treatable with antibiotics as those that are not, we try and keep every one going but sometimes it is not possible, bacteria have been on this earth a lot longer than any of us, and they can adapt almost instantly, plus leslie ash is a slag at least getting the infection kept her off the screen
  5. fact, when most religious texts were written, water was unsafe to drink, so they drank wine, therefore in the case of christianity(at least) they were always drunk, no wonder the stories were so tall, and they saw blokes walking on water!!, there is no proof either way, in my job i see people die most days, you tend to find that people when in trouble believe and when not in trouble are not sure, but what we all want is that the end is not more painful than the life itself, so if it is a total extinction, nothingness then it will be ok, if it is heaven etc then it should be ok and if it is hell death is worse than life which is not ok, all i know is noone has come back to tell me:p ps Dangerous well said!!
  6. power supply in wales is reduced between these hours and diverted to english pc,s:p
  7. but what you all appear to be missing is 0-60 in 3.5 sec and 193 mph, without mods so it cannot be that fat, ugly is irrelevant noone will get long enough to look:)
  8. who cares how fat it is, it does not go like a fat b***ard, i would put it more in the arnold schwarzennegger in his hey day as oppossed to fat, Supra is not exactly thin
  9. greatest car 3.5sec to 62 and 194mph, great traction too

My mistake it was evo i read, same mag as auto express anyway, fact is it is an awesome car so the days of the boys with old cars like supras ruling the roost are finally over, speed limiters etc can be got around, but why would you spend £50k on a 1994 supra when for similar price you get get the gtr!, i think the supra is a fine looking car but handling wise it is not good unless you are jason plato, new gtr is the epitomy of technology and performance and toyata have nothing near yet, it's traction will be awesome and £55k is well within many peoples price range

if i won the big lottery, i would still like my ferrari599 etc but i would get one of these first, that performance for the price is astounding, christ help when they mod it!!!!, and you would have to spend a lot more on a single supe to beat it, and even then that would only be in a straight line, pending unreliability, mapping, no traction etc etc, gtr is the new king:d

Just read a road test of new GTR in auto express, they tested it against 911 (£97,000) model, GTR costs £55000, gtr did 0-62 in 3.5 sec and topped out at 194mph, porsche was 0.1 sec slower, and same top speed, gtr has 473lb/ft torque. The price difference for the performance is amazing, i guess if anyone sees one in the future advice is do not race it, you will lose!!
