  1. Little touches on the gas and steering work the best for drift, don't try starting slow go in at max speed and just keep making minor adjustments to carry the drift through. Time your transisitions right to keep the drift going and keep the score climbing, also get as close to the edge as possible without hitting it.
  2. I smoke but not when i'm driving anymore, used to be my worst habit. Get in the car spark up a lung basher. Makes your car stink to but when you do it you don't notice it, I really notice it now when I get in a smokers car. But still worse than a fag is a mobile phone, I was driving along eating a pear and talking on the phone (Very stupid I know but I was explaining to the misses I was going to be late back because of a roadworks on the M11), anyway she was moaning, I wasn't listening, I finished my pair and chucked it out the window. One problem the Pear was still in my hand. So it could be worse you could have a mobile phone lugged at you while driving.
  3. Yer pretty sure it's been done. The RB26 has been in more motors than the Stig. Lol They also put the 350z lump into a Micra!!!!!!!!
  4. I am fully aware of this. However I was expecting a lot more as I only had the policy for 6 months. Yer ok keep my deposit, but why should I continue to pay each month for a policy I have only had for half the duration and paid 2/3 of already cost with the deposit? I was to say the least peeved, I didn't have that trouble with Adrian Flux when I was a Honda driver. Cancel policy they keep the deposit, and that was all
  5. Your not paying monthly mate. You have a finance agreement!!!!!!! with their sister company Amber. I used to pay the insurance monthly with Sky cancelled and still had to pay nearly all but £68 pounds back. CRIMINAL
  6. You have to get one Drunken Wii is the most entertaining thing you can do out side of the bedroom. Just move all breakables first. Fuelled by beer my mates and I were constantly trying to see who could hit the baseball the furthest. They are great fun
  7. Legalise = Regulation = Safer At the end of the day they are still people, someones child.
  8. Glad I could help if you need anything else just holler
  9. Edit my previous post that was from a QS point of view. The warranties true purpose protect in terms of design. I just need to know from which aspect your looking at it. Designer/ Contractor/ Client.
  10. http://www.contractstore.com/catalogue.htm?categoryid=2&itemid=87&view=1 this is pretty good gives full clauses etc etc That should be enough anything else just ask
  11. http://www.atkinson-law.com/cases/CasesArticles/Articles/Collateral_Warranty3.htm Not bad if it's law related
  12. http://www.mms.co.uk/html/article.asp?articleID=82 Nice article, maybe a bit basic but gives a good grounding
  13. JCT do a Std form of Collateral Warranty that may be of use to you.
  14. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh a law question relating to construction. Or is it more contract related, what module are you doing and what level are you at. Ok first port of call is http://www.a-level-law.com/ Loads of info there, that can be useful up to about Early Degree stuff. What exactly do you want to know? collateral warranties are normally between a Sub-Contractor and the purchaser/ Tennant. In that...................... Budget Builders are employed by Perfect Hotels to build a hotel. Perfect want a collateral warranty for Steel Work. Budget Sub-Contract the Steel work to J.Smith Steel. Budget builders arrange a Collateral Warrenty between J.Smith Steel and Perfect Hotels. This is done to remove liability from the Main Contractor, Budget Builders. If the building falls down because the steel fails it's J.Smith Steel who pays. It removes risk from the contractor whilst giving the client/ purchaser satisfaction in having a technically an insurance on the steel work.
  15. What do you want to know? And in what context/ Industry? I can help you A LOT more if you after info on Collateral Warranties in terms of construction.
  16. Yes but he was bleeding and he would have got blood in the car, I wasn't having that the fact he dented the wing as he fell on the car was enough to justify another tap. Wasn't there a guy who was being bothered all evening by a group of kids. He phoned the police 5 or 6 times during the night to ask for assistance with no luck. To busy, Fri night etc. On the 7th time he was quite peed as this had been going on all nite and said "I'll bloody shoot them in a minute" 3 minutes later armed response arrive at his address. or was that a joke can't remember now
  17. LOL I don't think they have a class for the Supe mate.
  18. I had my car broken into caught the shit and promptly introduced him to the "Welcome" stick by the front door and sat on him whilst HID called the old bill. They arrived the scrot shouted assult and I was arrested before him WTF, I was simply restraining the guy. ok he was losing claret but still. I was released 2 hours later wothout charge but come I was potecting my property and misses.
  19. I don't really know. The PC, Tumble dryer, Power shower were all bought about the same time. Neither of us are very energy efficient. i want to dry my clothes when they need it and have a shower when I want. If I wanna watch telly I will. god damn it. Bloody eco fools. (Joke) So yes the bill has gone up but how much the Plasma accounts for this I can't be sure
  20. I'm with the Passat crowd or an Accord Type R
  21. It's no different to Supermarket Jeans and Designer Jeans. They look the same. The designer gear will last longer. But for the price you can get 3 pairs of Supermarket Jeans. So it's down to you. Do you buy a the Named brand knowing it will last the course but be out of date in 12 months time. Orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Buy the un-named brand knowing that you've saved a fortune and come next year when it breaks you can throw it away and buy the latest model
  22. Doesn't a plasma have hundreds of thousands of hours before they are prone to problems? I've got a 42" Panasonic VIESA and have had it for about 3 years ish. My misses don't work so lets say on average it's on 12 hours a day. Thats only 13140 hours in the last 3 years so it should be fine for years to come
  23. Whoops just saw you'd brought one My bad
