  1. Not an easy one to define. As mentioned above, in a bare-knuckle fight, all it needs is a lucky punch. Hard is much more calcuable back in school days, where a scrap had the ability to last several minutes. It is the last time most people get in to a real fight, and they fail to realise how things change as you get older/bigger/stronger. Usually, with two average adult males, the winner of the fight is the one who lands the first good punch at their opponents head. The 'Hard' people, and experienced pub scrappers etc, usually appreciate this and simply hit first. And from that comes my advice (if walking away is not an option): If your likely to get hit, hit first. You will be surprised what an average adult male can do without gloves.
  2. Same height as me, I weigh 80kgs now. They/nothing else will work to add height if your growth plates are closed. They close in men between the ages of 19-21. I could not imagine how they would work anyway, unless they are eirther HGH (which would be an injectable, not a tablet). Or unless they are an anti-estrogen/test booster (AAS).
  3. NO fat You would be dead What %, how tall are you?
  4. Could mix your whey protein with milk before bed, will have the same effect. What you weigh now Jazz?
  5. Joe did great as usual. But he is getting on - and I want to see him fight some real competition before it is too late for him. He is wasted talent with that level of opponent. I think Ricky Hatton was wise to leave Warren, and Joe needs to do the same.
  6. If you have a clutch you can slip to keep the revs up (what Graham is referring to), then it may be of help. Otherwise, 1st is a better bet.
  7. Titan bars are FAR superior to Whiteline. Whiteline = budget stuff. Too stiff a rear bar will hinder conrer exit traction. You can't rely on just sway bars for this reason. They are a great compliment to good shocks. But they also make a good comproise for a road car that is not interested in 10/10ths traction out of corners.
  8. I think 'all power and no handling' also sums up the Veyron. There is a great vid of one getting spanked on a track by a bog standard Elise.
  9. Was 'Registered Nutter' not just Justin from TorqueIC (at the time)?
  10. Exactly what I did. Your getting fleeced whatever car you choose. May as well make it fast.
  11. Its not the size of the dog. Its the fact dogs and children don't mix. FWIW a guard dog can make a great pet.
  12. Aww its so small and cute (well compared to my Mastiffs ) I agree 100% though. IMO Dogs and small children don't mix period. Ok so the bigger dog may kill, but even the smallest dog and misfigure a child terribly.
  13. Stock 3l = 225HP. Stock V8 = 260HP. 55HP from an exhaust/filter? LOL
  14. Dimitri seems very highly rated on these too, especially on cars of such a spec.
  15. Sounds more difficult than either reason I gave, so I will let you off!
  16. I hope English is at least your 3rd language! Or that you are drunk.....
  17. Slowly feeling better. Was not in the mood for working today, but cheered myself up playing with the other dogs. You plan on another? Will keep the lurcher company.
  18. Cheers for all the support - we have a real good bunch of animal lovers on here. (Not surprising as the Supra is a bit of an animal too!) I do agree that another dog is the best way to heal the wounds.
  19. So sorry for you mate. People need to keep control of their pets!
  20. Cheers for the kind words and support guys, really appreciated. He was 8, but the breed isn't known for longevity. It was just so sudden, though quick is best I guess. Jake, we still do (she has not been herself all day), and two pups (well, a 5 month Mastiff is stretching the word pup) Dazla, you summed it up perfectly.
  21. My Bullmastiff, Hunter; died of a heart attack at 10.30 tonight. Have just buried him. There goes my baby, the best dog I have had, and ever will have. Here he is in an old pic with his missus. R.I.P My baby. I feel like shit
  22. Feel for you mate - its a hard thing to put a dog to sleep

I will stick with my N93 thanks. A much better do-it-all phone.
  24. Just like to highlight that last point. How 'defined' or 'ripped' etc you look is 99.9% down to your bodyfat levels. If your muscular and 8% BF, you will look built and very defined. And if your 15%BF, no amount of high rep work will do anything. Muscles are made in the gym, the rest is in the kitchen. (And the cardio too).
