White spirit should get the polish & wax off.. Then use a scotch pad to rub down the plastic. This will key it and give something for the paint to stick to. Get some really fine wet/dry paper (1500s) and give it a light rub between coats. Take your time & you should end up with a nice finish!

Is there a guide on how to flush the coolant somewhere as i want to do mine soon? I've had a good search but it seems there are mixed opinions on how to do it...

I've got one & I think it's wicked!! .. I've been trying to get on it at least once a day to see if i can lose some weight! Apparently i'm overweight but not obese! phew! ... There's tons of exercises and games on it & i've still got loads more to unlock! For those who doubt it, it's definitely not a gimmick! It's surprising how knackered you are after about half an hour!

You don't NEED a new fuel pump to go BPU but it's a really good & safe idea! When your car is running higher boost it's working harder to pump fuel into the engine. If your fuel pump is old and doesn't send enough petrol to the engine or breaks completely because of the stress then your car will run lean. Running lean = Detonation & melted pistons etc.. = Engine rebuild!! So it's £80 now or a couple of grand in a few months time! I know what i'd do (did;)) The walbro fuel pumps are also uprated so you're almost guarenteed that you're getting enough fuel to the engine. It's also wise to invest in a wideband sensor and gauge to monitor AFRs.. Again, £150 isn't comparable to the cost of a rebuild and it's another cool gauge to have in the car. Has your fuel pump ever been changed? If not then i'd definitely do it!
