I had a noise like that when my BOV was sticking and not working properly.. What BOV are you running? Have you got another one you can try? How does the car drive on full boost? Does it feel like there's a turbo problem?

Are you running aftermarket induction or the stock airbox?

It's probably the build up of heat under the bonnet. Hot air in the induction pipes etc.. That's why once you've blipped the throttle and sucked some cool air through the car idles correctly. I wouldn't worry about it
