Have you looked in the 'cars for sale' ads on here? Failing that there's always ebay and autotrader to keep an eye on. I'm sure you'll find something although UK spec are harder to come by and tend to cost a bit more

I've been and it was amazing!! I found Tokyo wasn't quite as car orientated as i'd expected. I think the car culture is a bit further out in places like Yokohama.. There is a 'Super Autobacs' in almost every small town in Tokyo though and it's like halfords but 100 times better! I went to a small one and it was 3 stories high. The bottom floor was a drive in garage where you could have any parts fitted while you wait! I'll have a look for a pic

Let me know how you get on Mine is doing exactly the same. NA-TT with the RPS Street max clutch. The noise goes if you push the pedal in about 1cm. Cheers -
