  1. i only need the gearbox Good luck with the sale though!
  2. If no one wants the full conversion, I'd be interested in just the gearbox
  3. How much did you end up paying? I've been looking for one for a while too! (PM if you want)
  4. Very nice Tom! Nice to see you back in an Aristo! Will you be changing your username back then? lol
  5. I've not done this myself but when i asked Keron about it he said it's only a 20minute job. So maybe it is only those 4 bolts? Fingers crossed for you!
  6. Happy Birthday Darren!!! Hope it's a good en'!! :friday:
  7. Congratulations guys!! That's amazing news & the pictures look fab!
  8. The search button is your friend! http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=159426 http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=211862
  9. It will most likely be your IACV VSV.. This stops the 2nd turbo online coming online. It's quite a common problem You should be able to pick one up 2nd hand. Not sure how much they are new.
  10. But then we wouldn't be able to mock people that post on stupidly old threads! Where's the fun in that? lol
  11. Nice to see everyone! Hopefully it will keep building up & we'll see some good numbers once the weather warms up and the nights stay light later!
  12. I'll be coming up with a few mates Can't get onto the JNW website though to put my name down on the list. It's blocked at work
  13. How much thread is there? I've never had the seats out myself. Is there any way you could fit another nut onto the thread (so there's 2 nuts) Then they would lock onto the thread if you only put the spanner onto the first one? Ive used this method before to remove threaded studs.
  14. Hi H! I'm pretty sure you can get any working drivers seat (non leather) and swap your leather one onto the electric runners. You only need a working electric base, not a whole new electric seat. I'm sure Keron will have one from a car he's breaking
  15. Mine's always done this too but i was under the impression that the stock ecu limits boost in 1st gear to prevent damage? Surely 1.2bar in 1st can't be good for the gearbox?
  16. Always been one of my dream cars since watching Bad Boys as a kid!
  17. Happy Birthday Ste! Hope it's a good en!

Did you click at the bottom of the screen? It keeps guessing even after it gets it wrong. I tried for Lion-o out of the thundercats and it got it right on the second guess. I also tried; Predator Paul Walker from Fast & the Furious Gollum from Lord of the Rings Claire Bennet from Heroes It got them all 1st time! Quite a cool website!
  19. They do different size ones. They're usually in the bit where you can get nuts & bolts, zip ties, washers etc in those little packs on a wall display
  20. If it's a plastic T-piece your after, they sell them in halfords. I noticed them the other day when i popped in
  21. Mine was quite a bit more than £30 from Toyota! That was off steve manley as well. I know whiffbitz do them for around £30 though as i've recently bought another Or there are some on ebay for £15 & postage but i decided against it in the end
  22. That's exactly what mine did! You could even squirt WD40 directly at the tensioner wheel and the noise would stop. It still turned out to be the belt in the end. It's worth giving the talc trick a try as new aux tensioners are £180 from toyota (I checked with Paul Whiffin) You can't just buy the pulley either which is really annoying!
