Be interesting to see what effect that has on the boost, I'm betting the switch will need connecting to the ecu to switch maps at the same time.

Depends how far you go in the GTR, engine is not bad to mod, gearbox and clutch mods are expensive, that's why I'm avoiding going any further in mine, plus I want it to stay reliable.

I'd not bother on the GTR, it's a 3.8 already and has plenty of low down power, I'd rather have stock stroke and a reliable car.

Depends on the engine, short stroke or square seem to be the best engines, 2jz is a square engine and is pretty good, 86mm bore and stroke, soon as you go long stroke (3.4L) the engine is under more stress and don't like to rev so well. My GTR is a short stroke 95.5 bore and 84mm stroke, loves to rev.

I feel sorry for your car, it takes 10 min for the the oil to get to full working temp, 30-40 is fine.
