  1. Well done for getting it running, I remember when that car first went to Lee, the fuse box was mounted upside down under the headlight and was brimmed with water, that will be where the corrosion come from.
  2. These are available to buy now, details and video on the Syvecs Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/Syvecs
  3. Do a race fuel map and you will get that 10 easy.
  4. So he kills them hybrids super quickly?
  5. IMHO, just fit a small single turbo such as a 6262, it will spool faster, make more power, a lot more torque, run cooler, the car will be worth more money and generally just be better all round, even if you make another 40-50 BHP on the hybrids you will hardly notice it. Right now you can sell the hybrids for decent money, once they fail they are worth nothing. Best mod you are doing is going manual and Syvecs.
  6. What was your EGT's at on a WOT top speed run?
  7. Thats pretty good for a bpu car, does it have an EGT sensor? Be nice to know what they was.
  8. You can swap maps and TC settings via your phone now.
  9. Methanol is easy to get though, ethanol is not, well in the UK anyway.
  10. None as far as I'm aware, they are made in different ways, both 109 octane, you use a lot of methanol though, if you used 1 litre of pump fuel you would use 1.6 litres of ethanol or 2.1 litres of methanol, so you need big injectors for methanol.
  11. Glad to see you are getting there Chris
  12. I'm a long standing member, but I'm a crap mechanic. You do your homework and trust people that have a good reputation.
  13. Another happy customer, SRD is the ONLY place to take your car IMHO
  14. Agree, when will people learn to only use highly recommended garages? reminds me of this video. http://www.thatvideomagazine.com/newyork/autos/vinny-ten-racing
  15. Pity it's so far away, easy money to be made on that.
  16. Wow, that car is in a right state, did you buy unseen mate?
  17. Sorry to see that, That roof looks shot though, all the RSJ's are twisted out of shape, please be careful if going in there.
  18. Saw this today, looks a great setup, engine and everything bolted to it to mint. Amazing work by SRD once again.
  19. I can't remember the back spacing required now mate, have a look on supraforum and you will soon find it. Edit, all the info you need is in the first post. http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?324616-Drag-Wheel-Tire-Setup-Thread-*PICS*
  20. All of the above is the same mate, only thing changing is the turbo.
  21. You don't need cams or diff, if the car can't make any more power on pump fuel just do a race fuel map, and fit new 15" tyres.
  22. I know a man that's just about to change from one of them to a precision 6766, I'm betting it will make more power and spool faster.
  23. I did a 1.6 60ft on that run, same 60ft as I do in my GTR, you have the advantage of being auto, you will need a hi stall and some 15" wheels with new et streets, don't buy old tyres, waste of time.
