  1. I've never took them off the road for winter, plenty of nice days all year, just been out in mine now
  2. They are never that loud on the stock twins, as the two small turbos are like little silencers. If you want the loudest exhaust possible remove the rear box and just fit a straight bit of pipe.

  4. I mostly short, Im happier doing that, I just went in on the Dow at 17852
  5. I see what you mean now, I'd still rather do it myself but sounds like it might be a decent option for some, do the traders earn money no matter if you win or lose? Dow is looking ok right now, few more points and I'm going to short it.
  6. I don't think I could do that, I'd rather be in control myself, just look at the Dow, for the last month 70-80% of people have been shorting it, but it's constantly gone up.
  7. I watch it all the time, and I get a good feel of what's happening, i set myself targets and I just go on what feels right. I knew the German Dax was good at 9990, I backed it £20 a point, 40 min later I pulled out and made £520, if it goes back up today to anywhere near 9990 I will jump back in, I'm also waiting on the Dow, if it hits 17850 I'm jumping in.
  8. What are people trading on at the min? I've been day trading on the Dow all week and made some good money, German Dax looks good to back going down, I just jumped on it 9990.
  9. Thats looking superb, going to be a serious setup that one.
  10. Sounds lovely mate, what exhaust is that?
  11. I'd run it out the back still, if the worst was to happen and the engine blows up, them little catch cans won't hold 5 litres of oil, it's still going to spray over the engine and possibly catch fire. I'd leave it as stock ( engine fails the oil will pump out the exhaust) or run the breather lines to the back of the car.
  12. Are you doing everything long term? I go in and out all the time, sometimes two or three times in a day, just on my gut feelings mainly. two weeks is the longest I've ever been in on anything and the stress drove me mad, pulling out today was like lifting a huge weight off my shoulders.
  13. I was £10,500 down a couple of hours ago, I took a risk and doubled up on the bet , it went down a bit and I managed to crawl back £5000 and I jumped out, if it goes up to 18,000 I'm going back in, that's silly high, I'm sure it's going to take a big fall and I want in.
  14. So, who has been spread betting on the Dow Jones going down? f**king thing just keeps going up these last 3 weeks, costing me a fortune right now
  15. You be fine. I don't ride crazy mate, I try to keep to the limit in 30 and 40 zones, I only open it up when there is no chance of anyone pulling out in front of me.
  16. Looks lovely mate, we will all have to get together soon. Anyone going to the motorcycle live show Saturday?
  17. No fixed rule, I'm guessing BPU+ would be hybrids, BPU++ maybe hybrids and Syvecs etc.
  18. I will stick some pictures up straight away mate.
  19. It's going in for cams and intake first, then see how I get on.
  20. I'm so tempted to build the engine and order a 6466 myself.

    Burning oil

It's got to be leaking, I'd get it on a ramp, get the undertray off and have a look about. I'm betting cam cover gaskets or FMS.
  22. I'm on a ported S cover with a divided 1.00 ar. That's a big power turbo dude, you can't think of them as a 64mm turbo these days, that's a 900bhp turbo, that's more than the stock Pistons will handle I think.
  23. Depends what power you want. People have done over 800rwhp on the 6266, but that will be race fuel and mega high boost. Dean has a fair point, if I had a built engine I'd be running a 6466 now. I'm not sure on prices, I got mine as part of a full Turbokit. Jim is SupersizeJim on the forum.
