  1. Look fine to me, job done and on the cheap.
  2. Yeah true, Kev does still come on to sell the odd part, Envy car only needs the old race fuel map uploading to get on the list.
  3. On the note of Darrets car, (sorry Darret) him claiming to be the fastest standing mile Supra in Europe is just wrong imo, his car was built and raced in USA, im sure it could do well in the UK but he will have to change his setup with our noise restrictions and race it in Europe to claim the title, maybe even drive it himself. and fastest RHD supra in the world? i wonder if mine is the fastest with a pair of fluffy dice?
  4. Is Darrets car even in the UK? no offence to Dude but his car has not got anywhere yet with the problems he has had, i know he will be back strong soon though and do wish him luck, top guy.
  5. I cant think of any on the forum, JPS and CRD drag cars are not on the forum.
  6. Noels Supra is about 750bhp, he has just given it a complete make over, i will get some pics soon.
  7. Envy car is about 700bhp now iirc, he sold his drag stuff and put a pump gas map on it. Yeah i think Paul is back up there now, he made 748rhhp at tdi a few weeks back 1. JamieP 2. LeeP 3. Paul Wiffin
  8. Sorry for the off topic. I was just thinking about this, how many true 800+bhp supras is there on the forum? i cant think of many. 1. JamieP 2. LeeP
  9. My intake side is as stock, exhaust side just vents to atmo via a catch can, never had a problem with it, you should not be getting any oil, sounds like you have a problem somewhere.
  10. Depends how you work it out, messing with supras last year payed for all my mods and then some, i cleared £9800 profit on breaking the orange beast alone.
  11. Yeah very true, if its just the odd blast it should be fine, i hammered the life out of mine.
  12. Numbers get chucked about on this forum without a thought i sometimes think, This is not a dig at you Scott, everyone does it myself included, as i said above 700bhp is a hell of a lot of power, i like pushing things but i am fully aware of the risks and accept them, if i really wanted it to last id not push a stock engine that far. I only ran my stock engine at that power for a very short while and it didnt like it, at the first thunder road i did the engine became noisy and when stripped down it had scoring on the bores and a possible head problem, that was only after a few thousand miles at 730bhp. Going big power is superb, i love every second of it, a 900bhp supra is a world apart from a 600bhp supra, but its a BIG money game.
  13. I dont know of any FPR cheat mate, you will deffo need one for that sort of power.
  14. There use to be a few bp stations about selling 102 but it was 3 quid a litre, only option for a T6 setup in the uk is E85 imo, no E85 anywhere near me.
  15. True 700bhp is a lot of power. Id not advise buying bits from all over the place, buy a complete turbo kit that you know will be a simple bolt on. Stock fuel rail may do 700bhp but i would go twin feed rail and you will also need a FPR, 800cc injectors are going to be close to max duty cycle at 700bhp which is not good, never go over 80% imo. Stock intake manifold will be fine. I would go 4" downpipe and system for that power. what clutch do you plan on using? single plate wont be up to the job.
  16. Dont look to bad to me, dynos always make cars look worse for lag, on the 37psi run its making 1200ftlb at 6500rpm, on the street its most likely making that at 5500rpm
  17. Precision Billet 6262, about $900 brand new.
  18. T6 is not for me, only way i would go T6 is if i hardly used the car and ran it on just race fuel, pump fuel and T6 would not be great imo.
  19. They just go bigger setups for the most, all the top cars over there are huge T6 setups on 3.4L and run only on race fuel, i dont know of a single T6 supra in the uk that is running at present.
  20. Im no engine builder/mechanic but as far as i see it if compression tests are good then leak down tests should also be good, i dont see how its possible to have good compression test results and bad leak down results, but now i read you did the compression test a month ago something could have worn in that time i guess, if you dont want to take the car to a pro and are happy your results are correct then its strip down and rebuild time i guess.
  21. If budget is not a concern whats the big deal then and talks of selling? get a pro to confirm if anything is wrong or not, if there is something wrong fix it.
  22. If you are prepared to give up this easy before you have even started the conversion or confirmed there is anything wrong for sure, i suggest you dont go single, its not something to be done on a budget.
