  1. My 730bhp was at 1.8 bar with a very sick turbo on mild 256 cams, everything else in the engine was stock, an old cast wheel T61 will do over 600bhp as proven by pig years back. We have already spoke of what the stock engine will do, I thought we was talking about what power a 6765 will do.
  2. You gotta be drunk tonight:D 6765 will do much more than 600bhp on 264's, i did 730 on 256 cams and a stock engine at SRR, as it turned out the blades on the turbo was melted when i did that, 6765 will do 800 UK bhp with the right setup imo.
  3. Yellow? dog piss wont show up to bad on them;)
  4. Thats fine with me abs, didnt think you wanted it now you sold the car.
  5. Im pretty sure they dont make a T6 one, EDIT... seems they do make a T6 QSV now. http://www.spracingonline.com/projects/ You need a open manifold and divided turbo for them to work.
  6. Stock tt pump will do fine for that.
  7. Bit more info needed, what sort of power is this V8 going to be? what V8 is it?
  8. Strange post, And anyone else is not worth listening to?
  9. Should be fine for me, will have to check the wife dont have plans for us, only thing is brighton is not very central and might put a few off. Thinking about this now i could bring the lads that work for me and this could be there xmas piss up and all, good bunch of lads.
  10. For the most i think 700bhp on a healthy stock engine will be fine if you look after it and dont do to many top speed runs, it is a risk but as long as you are aware of it thats fine, both times i have had problems with my stock and built engine was at thunder road, i pushed that stock engine hard and it never liked it in the end, i knew my built engine had a problem before i even raced at thunder road but as i was taking it apart the week later for the winter upgrades i took the risk and ran it, we think the block had a crack as every time i went flat out the water system pressurised and overflowed, i got that block out of a crashed supra. running a 50shot of Nitrous off the line and in every gear on top of 900bhp might have helped finish it off, i cared not as i wanted to upgrade the engine anyhow.
  11. Its very flexable, cant see paint sticking to it to well.
  12. Yeah fitment is good, i just took delivery of a new one, went with the rubber one this time as i kept cracking the carbon one, Cracked carbon one going very cheap if you want to collect from SRD, it will need a bit of fibreglassing and a repaint.
  13. Still waiting on this 2 bolt exhaust clamp that connects the back box to the system Dusty.
  14. RMM with the ears cut off. http://www.mvpmotorsports.com/Templates/frmTemplateM7.asp?SubFolderID=2286&SearchYN=N
  15. What power are you going for? was it not something like 550bhp? new stock short block not an option?, maybe just change the rod bolts, you should still get back some money selling yours.
  16. If I was you I would rebuild the engine, if it's breathing so heavy you are getting oil it has a problem, only ever seen a bit of water condensation in mine.
  17. Take it right to the back of the car as Lee says, if the engine pops you dont want to be spraying oil on the tyres.
