  1. Ive had many setups, to date i like the Tein flex the best, i could not believe how nice Lee P's car rode compare to my CW setup, went straight out and bought a set of flex's and not looked back, superb all rounders imo.
  2. Both are T3 and 5 bolt downpipe so unlikely to fit anything you have.
  3. Ok, last post:D You wont be to loud for the drag strip, there is no noise limits so thats that excuse gone;) Ive not had a chance to use my 15's yet, i did my 10.5 on a set of volk 17's. The 15's are 275/50/15.
  4. LMAO at this thread:D to much cr@p posted by people that simply dont have a clue or are just on the wind up, im out.
  5. Im confident in murdering (and have done many times) any bpu on the street at any speed.
  6. And there is 13 second, 14 second and 15 second NA's that are quicker than a lot of the TT's listed, Are you really telling me you dont understand why some are quicker than others? just look at the top cars listed in the TT section, all of them are setup for drag racing, compare them to ST's that are setup the same.
  7. He did mine in with a load of other bits so not sure now, will give him a call monday and find out.
  8. Group buy going on these now, John has offered to make them for £75 a set (both seats in steel, alloy price tbc) please read further on in the thread and add your name to the list Ive had this problem a few times as i know others have with after market seats, they all seem to sit to high for me compared to stock seats, Terry at Nur Motorsport made me these simple brackets to bolt my cobra side mounts to, ive installed the drivers seat and its now on the floor giving a great driving position, well happy with them.
  9. Got one now. Cheers Ben.
  10. friday is fine, how much posted?
  11. There is some bollox posted in this thread and a lot of it is by people that dont even own supras let alone mod them for "big power"
  12. Anything can break as did your TT and you had to have a new engine, no?
  13. Happy to show my ego. Anyhow, back on topic, anyone wants to show me how much faster there TT is than my "Spend thousands on a big single to become slower than a TT. " come see me at suprapod and we will have a little wager;)
  14. I agree to an extent, i now think mapping on a rolling road is a waste of time on anything with serious power, try doing what you talk of on a rolling road and the tyres will melt in about 10 seconds with my power, (i know you are now going to say get it on an engine dyno but i really cant be arsed with that agro) TDI's hub dyno for me from now on, the runs can go on for as short or as long as i want and traction is not an issue.
  15. No, i left one on the seats i gave you by mistake, need it for my passenger bucket seat.
  16. My bad, must be somebody else you was talking about...
  17. The bit with the red button;)
  18. I guess this mile stuff is pointed toward myself, one of the few that has the balls to do these events..... Id not call my car badly setup and it had no pre existing problems i know off, still killed two engines at two events. Blame could be pointed but when you are running 3 times the power of a stock tt things can break or not go as planned, my last one melted a piston at 191mph (0.71 of a mile) i have never held my foot flat to the floor for so long other than at thunder road, i guess its hard to map a car to take into account of a run that hard, on a dyno its a short blast in one gear, who knows, maybe something else caused the piston to melt. Either way its a risk i dont mind taking, i learn from these things and come back stronger, its all for the love of Supras and having fun in my car, i have enjoyed every second of it and will continue to push it as hard as i can.
  19. Some of the single turbo times are shocking, drag racing is not as easy as people think though. Ive always thought it a shame a lot of the times are not kept in that thread, like my 10.9 on an old T67dbb, if its a different turbo setup the time should stay imo, gives people that look at the thread an idea of what is possible on what turbo's, not sure if anyone else here has got in the 10's on a 67?
  20. Superb work on the cam covers, that -12 conversion looks OEM.
  21. What does the option 3 look like? pictures?
