I could work an hour later and if it changed thats what i would have to do, it works well for me as it is though, wifey would not be happy with me getting home an hour later and its an hour i would lose with the kids before they go to sleep.

Different opinions Scott, id not want to drive a car with uneven tyres myself, wheels in motion also said to me they have have some quattros knock when single tyres have been changed.

You can damage the diffs on 4wd cars running unevenly worn tyres, you can get away with a very slight difference in depth but mine was 2mm worn, (so thats 4mm overall difference) i like a car to drive spot on so changed all 4.

Just be thankful its not 4WD, i had a kick in the balls a few days back, 3 months ago i put a set of new continental tyres on the S4, last week i got a puncture and the tyre could not be repaired, had to buy another 4 new tyres as 4wd:(

Nah that won't take long, the welder is coming Monday to finish the cage and then the interior can go back in, just waiting on a few parts so Lee can get started on the putting the engine back in, hope to be done for the end of march.

My first single was already single when i bought it, when the engine failed i had turbofit rebuild the engine and i changed the turbo to a GT4088, i learnt a lot in them days and dont regret any of it, i loved every second of it tbh.

The other option would be to leave the polystyrene in place and put a secondary layer of thinsulex over the complete floor joist, its good stuff, used for vaulted ceilings and loft conversions mainly but its good for something like that and very simple to fit, the floor boards would screw down over it just fine.

Celotex is far better than polystyrene , comes in a range of thickness's, 100mm is good for floors, stuff some rockwool insulation down the cavity below the door.

Sorry Matt, i hoped you would not take my comment that way. I have spent a lot of money yes but then my car has been through many stages, what i was saying is for the power you have some of the mods was not needed, thats fine if thats what you wanted or you are looking to upgrade the turbo kit at a later stage, just to point out what i mean, my car made 630bhp with stock cams and stock fuel system, just drop in injectors and pump upgrade on the fueling, still with stock fpr, i dont feel the money you spent on the fuel system or cams has gained you any power, the cams will have lost you power at certain parts of the rev range imo.
