  1. 100% street car, every creature comfort still, every panel and crevice on the car is sound deadened, even the rear arches are full of fire rated expanding foam to reduce road noise, i decided against the bucket seats i had bought and picked up some OEM recaros, They are with Jurgen being re trimmed in black leather. I will be at Lee's first thing in the morning mate, 8:30 ish.
  2. Yeah, been a lot of fabrication work on this build for him, he has stepped upto it though and done an amazing job, pretty much everything has been changed or messed about with. The interior alone was a load of work, the cage was a right pita, he had to cut the dash up to fit around it, the cage itself was modded and welded/bolted in, front legs was lifted 2" and the back legs was pushed further back to give a very tight fit and me maximum head room, door bars had to be welded in, then everything dynamatted, it has all new dash panels, new custom mount for the dash2 made, everything rewired, all the switches i need have been hidden now to give a nice un cluttered look.
  3. The diff is also solid mounted now.
  4. Cheers guys. Couple of pictures of my fuel setup, this was in the early stage, all the plates made up are painted now including the tank cover. Bottom of the tank was drilled for a -12 pick up and the pump is mounted under the car so is gravity feed, nice simple setup saved the agro of puller pumps and swirl pots, Lee got the idea from the blitz supra, that has a similar setup. The fuel pump is a Aeromotive Pro Race 11102 good for 1700bhp.
  5. Gallardo is nice, especially if twin turbo;)

    Sold

    I don't run one anymore.
  7. I was thinking the same if im honest (just didnt want to say) normally if a chassis leg is damaged at all the car is an instant write off.
  8. I got my wife one about a year ago, fun car for sure, not that i drive it much.
  9. Yeah i will be there in the morning, keep pictures to yourself till its finished now mate.
  10. With it being smaller frame everything would need changing again, old 76 was 3" vband exhaust and 4" intake. The new GT billet 76 is 4" exhaust Vband and 5" intake, ic outlet is 3" vband, the s372 is the same, so when the new turbo arrives it should be a simple fit.
  11. It was fine at 900bhp/800ftlb on the billet 76mm, out spooled most the 67mm turbos on Ryans website an all, traction was great once i went with the wider arches/tyres. New turbo is also a billet 76mm but in a bigger frame, with my new divided setup im hoping spool time will still be pretty good and i crack the 1000bhp mark, its rated to be a fastest spooling 1000whp (usa numbers) turbo out there. Im not expecting a 1000bhp supra to be reliable tbh, if it breaks i will fix it, i dropped two spare short blocks to Lee to build up as spares for me a couple of weeks back.
  12. No issue with it, it just wont make the power im after, it will do till the bad boy turbo turns up though.
  13. Its an S372, 72mm is rated at 850bhp but that will be very high boost most likely, for the first map we are going to keep the boost low at about 1.5bar till it has a few miles under its belt, i dont expect any more than 700bhp to start with. Im hoping the new turbo will see over a 1000bhp.
  14. I cant wait mate, hope the new turbo turns up soon as i just know the BW is not going to cut it. It looks the part though.
  15. I will drop it off tuesday morning mate, do you need the flywheel an all?
  16. If you cover paypal costs thats fine, or pay cash when you collect.
  17. Not really but i could drop it to Lee at SRD in burgess hill if it makes it easier to collect.
  18. Cheers guys, Very close now, The whifbitz/boostlogic exhaust combo i have has left the exhaust about 3" short of the back bumper so Lee is going to weld a 3" section in the midpipe tomorrow morning. Lee fitted the solid diff mounts last week. We changed the -12 fitting on the bottom of the fuel tank this morning for one with a tighter bend to give more ground clearance. ACPT carbon prop proved a pita to install, we was not sure how best to do it so left it off for the time being to check what they do stateside, will make sure i get that fitted before suprapod though. Just a few jobs for Lee to do now, fluids and ic pipes monday, Ryan is coming tuesday to fire it up and put the base map on.
