    Not the best day for mapping, it's roasting hot down here. Ryan is just doing some wiring and will be bolting it on the dyno in an hour or so. Fastisnice is bringing his car for mapping today an all, be interesting, similar turbo to mine I think, gt42x.

    Noisy when you put your foot on the clutch? that dont sound right mate, all the twin/triple plate clutches ive had (ORC/RPS/Greddy) only rattle when at idle, foot off the clutch, soon as ive put my foot on it the noise goes away.

    Yes if you had the power to pull the revs, it would put a lot of strain on the gearbox though with your single turbo power Ian. It will do over 190mph with the stock gearing and rev limit iirc, if you want to crack 200mph just fit taller wheels or raise the rev limit.

    On a late facelift car like the vvti they will be the same size but different ratios, if you use the auto diff in a manual it will be geared a lot lower.

    Lexan seems fine tbh, vibrates a bit at speed, not noticed it ballon at all but it does scatch easy, i can already see small marks in it from washing it a couple of times, i will go back to glass if it starts to look shabby.

    Be fine at the drag strip, you dont have to brake hard for the first exit let alone the second exit.

    Just test fitted the skinny/M&H front drag wheels, everything cleared great. Ive got some 27" bias ply et streets on order, should be with me thursday. More mapping tomorrow.

    Your tyres will be on the same order as mine, they get a delivery every two weeks, they told me yesterday I will have the tyres Thursday.

    I found it very hard to get off the line without bogging down, my Nitrous is in now, mapping wensday.

    Redline are in trouble, looks they the mag may be stopped in a couple of issues. Shame, seems a lot of events are going this way.
