This would make a good base car. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Porsche-996-911-Turbo-Manual-37-000-miles-owned-me-last-10-years-/260886802758?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item3cbe10b146

You can buy 996 turbos from £20k, nice manual car £25k, kit/wheels and respray will be best part of £15k though. Its used R35 GTR money all done but would be a very special car. Another picture for you.

Id not get a 993, a 996 turbo with full RSR kit that looks like this looks good though and is something id consider over a GTR, noel can do the full 966 RSR kit.

  8. Save them for the summer months.
  9. Proper job on them, Ibrar is a wheel refurb god he has my wheels at present.
  10. Sick of cleaning it and you've not even used it yet
  11. Iirc this bumper was modded to fit the widebody nur kit?
  12. Gotta agree there mate, broke my heart watching Lee drive off in my Supra last week and he was just taking it in for some upgrades, i called him an hour later to check my baby got there safely
  13. I give you 12 months and you will be searching for another mate
  14. Them Chinese things won't be much good mate and I bet spare parts are a nightmare to get, stick with yamaha, Honda, Suzuki etc. I had a raptor 660 a few years ago, riding that in the snow was the best fun I've ever had on 4 wheels, mine was not much fun on the Tarmac though, needed a set of road wheels really.
  15. Jamesy would need a triple, The twin plate is rated at 600 BHP with an 1100kg pressure plate or 800 BHP with a 1350kg pressure plate.
  16. Worst time of year to try and sell a car like this, ive never seen so many nice supras for sale at one time, good luck guys.
  17. Very nice, any info/pictures on what machining work they did to the head to get the 1/2" studs to work?
  18. Have you driven the car or at least moved it back and forward for the suspension to settle since fitting the wheels?
  19. Because of the heavy pressure plate i guess, sounds about right, cheap clutch but kills your engine.
  20. On paper it sounds good, its bound to be very heavy though, id pm the guys in them threads that ate running them, first link takes you back to a thread started in 2004. I got my new RPS triple a few days back, cant wait to try it out.
