  1. Id try and pick up a oem auto tt lsd, failing that trd/kazz etc lsd for your diff, but they work out big money once fitted, if you fit a manual lsd diff the gears will be far to long. Na gearing might be a bit better for acceleration but im not sure if the gearing is down to the box or diff.

I put up a thread asking about that today. Blimey, still a lot of of money and got to pay somebody to fit it.

White sounds nice, not a fan of carbon wraps, would look chav imo, Precsion CEA turbos ftw, nothing else comes close.

It is a big diff stuart has, but j-spec like i have, UK TT6 big diff has different gearing. Just checked darrets threads and his looks to be a yank one but on the right gearing, over budget though sadly, im not spending £800 on a used diff.
  5. It only ran once like that and the engine failed iirc.
  6. At 8500rpm on a uk diff i think you will just be ok for over 130 in 3rd. you can check with this if you can work it, i never could. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?184490-Supra-specific-gear-diff-ratio-and-tyre-size-calculator&highlight=homer+calculator I think it will be best to start from a dig.
  7. Im not man enough to own a car of such legendary status Back when it had the donkey on the door.

Its not listed as a UK diff and ive got a few j-spec tt6 diffs, way over my budget anyhow.

    my new supra

Keep us updated Paul, what turbo you thinking of going with?
  10. You know what i was just thinking Chris, maybe i should give my damaged one to my fabricator and get him to make me one out of 4 or 5 mm plate and put some extra bolts in? worth it or waste of time?
  11. I have a j-spec TT6 diff in my car, I read that the UK TT6 diffs have a different ratio and will give me an extra 4mph in 3rd if i had a stock rev limit and wheels. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?29830-Gearboxes-Diffs-and-Speed-In-Gear What would i have to change in my diff the get that ratio? or is it a case of getting a new diff Cheers.
  12. What rpm limit do you run Amir? with a 325/50/15 it looks like you need about 8800rpm to crack 130mph in 3rd, 9000rpm would be better. Thats if you are on a j-spec TT6 diff.
  13. Let me know what you want for it if you have, cheers.

    Waxoyl?

Should be easy enough to push out, if not ive got some sheet titanium in the garage, they can cut the damage out.

    Waxoyl?

Yeah mine has been done before i owned it, its looks very clean under the car but whiles the prop and exhaust are off i may aswell give it a once over.

    Waxoyl?

Just did the one rear arch for now, if that drys well im gonna do eveything.
  18. This was the only damage aside from the heat sheild, lucky boy. Im going to drop it down to my fabricators monday to repair, might also get a straight through rear box made while its there. Anyone has a prop heat sheild going spare im after one.
  19. Looks like this but without the dents.
  20. That does look nice, get any uk car on a ramp though, last two ive seen have had a serious amount of rust, both of them needed new lower front panels welding on.
  21. Would not be to hard to turn into a nice street car. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Toyota-Supra-BREAK-SPARES-PARTS-/230451445543?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item35a7f9ff27
