Thats a better way to do it imo, a 15mm bolt on is a bit poxy, I would also only use ARP wheel studs with any spacer.

By the sounds of it Jurgen the problem was the oem studs sat out past the face of the spacer, meaning the inside of the wheel was sat on the studs and not the spacer.

Love it, needs a stock front still I think, Them studs being to long is shocking, could have killed you.

Quietest 4" exhaust - and options to make it quieter?

To many bends and box's, on a car that needs a 4" system that would be to restrictive imo. -
Is that not a bit of a forum tale that goes about? do you know anyone thats had a problem? Ive had loads of bits off them over the years and never had a issue myself.

Looks fine to me, with a 54mm turbo it should spool fast, not sure that will make 500bhp though.

Its done it twice on the dyno and never stopped me using it as normal, needs sorting though if its still doing it.

You wont hear it with the engine running, pull one of the turbo pipes off, cut up and old bike inner tube and jublie clip it over the pipe, pump up with a hand pump and listen for leaks.

What brakes have you got? i dont think GTR-d's clear UK brakes, I had to go normal GTR's on the front when i fitted some and D's in the rear. EDIT, forget that, I remember aman got them fitted on his with uk's, must have been my brembos im thinking of.

Big boost can lift the head, Blows water out the overflow, its only happened on the dyno when its at full boost and full load, Lee torqued the head down now ive got to test if it does it again.
