It won't happen again once the L19's are installed, oversight on my part, I should have spec'd them last time. Not a big deal, Lee knows about it and it will be an easy fix.

Never got hot, just spat water out everytime I got on boost, rad has expanded a lot.

Just did a sniff test and as suspected the head gasket is shot, will have been because of the head lift at high boost no doubt. No big deal but need to get her into SRD asap, Head skim, 1.2mm HKS head gasket and L19 head bolts. Wont be doing the MLR 30-130 next weekend or the tunnel run this weekend.

That would be an RS4 engine then i guess? not a cheap engine. The normal 4.2 you would find in say an A6 is only 300bhp, not worth the agro. It's a 67mm turbo, Depends on the dyno, would make an easy 700 at SRR.

I'm not planning on selling my 42-7675, it's still the fastest spooling 1000whp turbo out there, its just I'm looking at a smaller turbo I can swap between if I fancy it.

PT billet 6766 cea is the latest turbo that everyone is raving about stateside for the street supra, thinking about trying one myself soon.

If Ash has not already tried check the ecu is synced showing "ON" lots of people seem to have had starting problems because of the cam sensor, the aem needs a very good signal, I read people talking about grinding down the cam sensor to lessen the gap between the cam and the cam sensor magnet.

Sounds like its packed up, AEM V1's are known to fail. Only option would be to see if Ryan has a base map for your size injectors on a AEM V2 and try ash's ECU, trouble is you will be paying for ash's and Ryans time and will still end up buying a new ecu on top. Another option might be to send the AEM V1 to be checked, I think DanT is still the AEM UK agent.
