Going for the na-t record? Jay-nw did a 11.7 @ 120mph in his with an ebay T70 turbo.

On E85/race fuel and 2bar+ boost yes.

First job lee is doing is changing the prop and testing it.

I got food poisoning last week and have been well under the weather, going to leave the prop change to Lee now.

Mine have been fine so far Ed, I put them together with loctite after reading they can come loose.

Lets hope it makes some good power, I love the 76 on it now but its a bit much at times Went for a spin today and took a picture showing the APR mirrors before i put it away. 7 days till she is going into SRD, the day Johnys comes out mine goes in. The bonnet and bumper are being took away by baldy while its in SRD, he is going to give them a lick of paint for me as they are showing a few marks.

I think you are expecting to much saying it will get the egt's right down, myself and others have used it without any effect to egt's at all, I'd keep the £350 myself.

Yeah, i thought it might work better with the smaller turbo, was hoping it would be around 140mph in 4th, change into 5th will kill the time.

325/50/15 Thanks, Looks like the auto diff is no good even with big drag tyres, i wont be trying that now.

Can somebody that can work this calculator do me a favour. Put in:- 8300rpm limit. 28" tyre UK auto diff which is 3.769 i think. V160 gearbox Just trying to work out what sort of speed i could do in 4th gear with that setup? cheers.

Anyone know if the big UK TT auto diff is the same 3.769 as in the j-spec TT auto?

I may aswell come clean, the "baby" turbo is a Precision 7175HP CEA Billet, waterless DBB and with a .96 ar

I tried it when i had a 67mm turbo, it never seemed to make any difference to anything so i removed it, (still got it in the garage i think) the bigger singles dont seem to suffer with high EGT's or AIT's, seems to only be a problem for stock based twins or very small singles.

With decent tyres traction dont start to become an issue till 800ish bhp imo. He his talking about street set ups, not drag racing. auto will always be better at drag racing than manual, TRD's car did well for bpu and it was very much setup for drag racing. Yes it does make that much difference, ive had most setups and the more power you have the faster the car is, fact. When you was building the car I remember you saying you wanted 500rwhp from this setup, now you have made only what i guess is about 400rwhp? the bhp is all of a sudden not important to you anymore. For the most bhp and ftlb go hand in hand, if you want a fast car you need lots of both. I may be way off the mark here but im going to speak my mind, i feel this thread was only started by yourself to try and help the sale of your car and justify the low bhp it made, again i doubt i would have posted anything if it was not for the fact you flew off the handle in the other thread telling Ian to shove his 2 pence up his arse.

People prefer facts than speculation, and the fact is you made 470 Bhp at the flywheel.

In a straight line race against a more powerful supra you would not stand a chance, the only place where you may have a chance is if it was a roll race and the guy with the bigger turbo is in the wrong gear, i can 100% tell you that on the street your car wont be faster than mine or any other supra with more power in any situation that matters.
