  1. Nearly, knight racer carbon doors on the Supra was lovely, Seibon car carbon tailgate not supplied by knight racer was a terrible fit.
  2. I'm out! You only want true facts? Where is the fun in that? Somebody pass me a pitch fork
  3. Perfect fitment on everything I've had, all the carbon parts on my car are from knightracer.
  4. And you used a fair few second hand parts iirc? Correct £20k+ if you are doing an engine rebuild.
  5. If you are gold plating everything maybe Easy to spend 30k if you are doing all the above, just a small single build id say £15k is realistic.
  6. Wastegate wont be open under any MOT situation dude, you would need a lot more load on the engine to open it.
  7. It will never happen, they are worth to much in parts, I bet I could break a £40k car and still make money.
  8. Plug and play Syvecs kit comes out for the 996/997 turbo in a couple of weeks, stock engine can handle a 1000bhp i hear
  9. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?62895-Your-Driving-Is
  10. Thats some good work you do there Steve.
  11. Only thing to consider, if you decide not to change the clutch and it starts slipping when mapping it will be a wasted trip for Ryan and you will end up paying twice.
  12. They had completely the wrong setup for a quick spool valve on that car, it should be open manifold and divided turbo, the had a divided manifold with open turbo and wondered why it never worked
  13. Or you could just buy one in real carbon http://www.theboostlab.com/store/products/MKIV-Supra-Carbon-Fiber-Heat-Shield.html
  14. Cleaned them up nice mate, why you taking the engine out? ease of fitting the twins or another reason?
  15. Bigger the better for sure, I tried a 3" exhaust on my supra once, never again, on a 700bhp car id say it lost 100 bhp over the 4". 3.5" is a decent size though, on a 600bhp supra it would be fine i think.
  16. And i would, e30 m3 would be more comparable to an old pinto cortina than a GT-R
  17. A slow one, i could not think of much worse if im honest.
  18. I'm sworn to secrecy, but I need one, best get saving
  19. it's a shame Supras don't hold there value anymore, there is not much that comes close performance wise for the money, you just know if you carry on with the build you are going to chuck away a huge amount of money. I like the R34 GTR, I always regret never getting one, I could not go back to one now though. Yesterday I got to drive a 1000 Bhp 1000ftlb R35, it was truly an insane car, performance was brutal, I think I'm in love, can't stop thinking about it:D We think it does 0-100 in the 4's
  20. Plenty of yanks have been faster than that on stock twins. http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?350519-Updated-top-10-1-4-mile-times-for-Stock-Twin
  21. You sure about that? I thought there dyno was set to 15% for rwd cars no matter what the gearbox was.
