  1. Afternoon All, Pretty much all parts are now sold and I’ve received payment/posted everything out to the buyers. I have tried numerous PM’s and posts here to contact flacopower, but it’s been over a week with no response. As a result I still have the titanium bonnet stay, the brand new Toyota OEM lower bumper retainer and the brand new Whifbitz carbon exhaust shroud available. Prices as previous, but will also consider sensible offers if you want to PM me. Photos are on my earlier posts if needed as well. Thanks all. Pete
  2. Afternoon Folks, So the new OEM windscreen scuttle panel arrived today (thanks Paul and team at Whifbitz). Popped it over to Matt and we ended up installing it along with the new rubber seal. Also fitted the bonnet and the new carbon bonnet lifters. Matt was busy sorting out the meshing for the side skirt ducts when I arrived, so those are now looking rather tasty as well. With the bonnet fitted, there are no more large bits to do, just fiddly stuff. Won’t be long till we are stuck waiting on the new wheels and the re-worked headlights from my good buddy Harry Moore to finish it off. Hope you like the photos, looks amazing in person. The fit and finish on the bonnet for an aftermarket carbon part is insane!! Matt did such a great job.
  3. Thank you mate, glad you like it. Hoping the new OEM windscreen scuttle panel turns up this coming week, be great to get the bonnet back on.
  4. Very clean and tidy mate. Looks lovely!
  5. PM’d you mate. Waiting to hear back when you have a chance please mate. Provisionally both items are yours pending payment. Cheers. Pete
  6. So pending payments that’s everything sold except the titanium bonnet stay. If anyone wants a nice bit of engine bay bling please get in touch. Thanks to all for your custom and hope you enjoy the parts. Cheers. Pete
  7. Morning mate. Yes, the drip seal trims are still available at the moment. Looking for £40 plus postage mate. Given they are quite long/awkward shape I reckon £20 should cover postage to a mainland U.K. address, so would be £60 in total. Preference would be bank transfer please fella. Let me know if you want them and we can sort it from there. Cheers. Pete
  8. Know all about this mate, had the same things with mine. Funny how for me it was the right rear quarter area that was poorly repaired, and yours is on the left side. We had a pair of bad ones between us I guess. Looks like your getting it all sorted and the work now will be so worth it when it’s painted, at least it was for me. Keep the updates coming.
  9. 100% mate. I’m all over one of your shifter kits when funds allow. I’ll probably be running the new ISF 8-speed gearbox and SYVECS by then, so should be a nice final touch before we tackle engine build and single conversion. Do love the ‘Supra-Shifter’ kit, will work really well with my build mate. Can’t wait.
  10. Hey Guys, Small update as still waiting on the new OEM windscreen scuttle to arrive so we can get the bonnet fitted. After that it’s small finishing touches and then the waiting game for my new wheels and the re-worked headlights from Harry Moore. We added a new boot badge in gloss black, also painted the windscreen washer jets and Matt has done a splendid job tinting the third brake light to match in with the rear lights. Love how it’s come together.
  11. Anyone interested in the titanium bonnet stay, used drip seal trims or the facelift headlight chrome rings? I’ll take sensible offers. Cheers folks. Pete
  12. Thank you mate. Mats sold, paid for and posted today. Can flacopower please get in touch regarding the carbon exhaust shroud and lower bumper retainer.
  13. Sounds like a plan mate, glad you got it sorted and hopefully the blue smoke will go and you can enjoy the car whilst you build the new engine/single setup. Winning!
  14. Hey all, So little bump and an update/extra item. Provisionally sold the rear crash bar, quarter glasses, carbon exhaust shroud and rear bumper retainer. I will edit original post once I’m paid as technically no money has changed hands yet. In addition, have a set of good used front pure sport black floor mats. Not in bad shape for the age, but some damage as shown in the photos. I’d like £60 plus postage for these as they are hard to find especially in original black finish. Passenger mat is very clean (just a bit of fraying on one corner as in the photo), drivers side has worn/hole in foot pad and some sort of glue or residue, but pretty clean.
  15. I would mate, just to be safe. If it’s like mine, you’ll know pretty quickly it won’t fit! I’d say you can check without taking it out the plastic mate.
  16. No idea mate, can only assume they put the wrong brace in the bag? It 100% said Supra MK4 / JZA80 on the label. I did mate, Paul is speaking with his supplier to see what can be done, hopefully they can help. Indeed, it’s clearly the wrong one as it will never fit. Just not an issue I ever expected as Carbing are supposed to be the best out there and the front brace fitted perfectly. Just my luck I guess!
  17. Hey, good to see some mature owners still living the dream and owning these beasties! I also like the front bumper and agree it’s a rare sight that should be kept. I’m only 41 and also favour auto over manual, driven plenty of both, but for a GT cruiser which these are, don’t think you can beat the auto for easy care free driving. Wheels are nice, but think they would look great in a dark shadow chrome. Sounds like you have plans for the car so do keep us posted and best of luck with it. Cheers, Pete
