  1. opction 1. with a few right bits on martins supra it would be a very cheap/ good buy
  2. is300 is near enough the same
  3. is he using lexus parts? only we have had problems with pattern brakes and filters before. 4.5k is a very good price for a sport. if it is slow for you and you dont mind spending £1800 then a TTE supercharger kit would be the way forward. if you want to drive one my friend has a supercharged one. [email protected]
  4. hmm right ok. is it auto or manual? my friend has one, went to manchester and back on one tank of fuel about 460 miles. thay dont light the world up on the speed factor but are quick enough as a 2nd car in my opnion, has it got full history?things to look out for are -water pump and buypass 'O' rings leaking, -shocks leak -bottom ball joints wear -strut bars perish -tyre wear is common (a good geom will sort that) and the most important is the cambelt and tensioner!!! if thay havnt been done THAY WILL NEED DOING as the bearing wears causing the belt to move forward and fray. dont be put off buy my list its only the things i would look out for, the parts are cheap and easy to do your self if ya up to it. add me on msn if you want to chat more about it
  5. what do you want to no
  6. southend on sea! bit far for you to travel isnt it?
  7. noooo way! easy to do from underneath with the proper tool andf a breaker bar.
  8. yer we charge £96+vat a hour! but if all the undertray is off etc all you will have to do is put it on a ramp. remove the boost pipe and fit the tool.15 min job!
  9. is the car still driving? if it is i would drive to the nearest lexus dealer who should have the tool and give them like £15-20 just to undo the bolt. it will only take them 10 min to put it on a ramp and crack it off.
  10. why hasnt this sold yet ant? people must no its a great fast car and its had a easy life as u drive like a fanny
  11. how are you people breaking the bolts that hold the tool on lol? i use the proper sst prob once a week and as garethr pic shows, the black metal part bolts on tight to the crank so no movment in the bolts. if the tool u have made is bending the bolts as it not flat on a serface i would sort that out 1st as you are loosing undoing power through it.
  12. really!!!! thought it would have been a LOT more!

  15. dont think you will find a uk manual with a big single and a kit for this kind of money again.
  16. lol ant u could be the forum exporter this car has to be seen to be fully appreciated!! BEAST of a car with a hell of alot of ££££ spent on it.
  17. yep i broke a n/a manual and earn a pretty penny!! i will have a few bits off you if you do decide to break
  18. shame you cant break it. parts would fly off the shelf.
  19. seal is about a fiver, you will need a belt prob as it will be coverd in oil £25 then the labor 2 fit, 2.5 hours
