  4. valve stem seals from toyota have gone up quite a bit in price.... i think its only about £40 more for a complete gasket set which included front and rear main seals... cam seals.... camgaskets... etc
  5. still better then most other forums that i go on
  6. that makes seance then lol they prob discontinued the 'plastic' type and just made the 'metal' type as they could make more money off it lol and they prob make a lot more metal types for the turbo supras and aristos

  13. the 2nd pic almost looks like plastic facelifts.... may have to do this to mine
  14. Well depends how technical you are... It involves removing the gearbox/clutch/flywheel then replacing the seal then refitting! A workshop should do this in approx 3/4 hours at home you would be looking at 6+ I'd say
  15. rear main engine oil seal..... the hole is there so the gearbox dosnt fill up with oil if a seal does go... or poss for a airvent due to the flywheel spinning
  16. Also how was the rocker cover diffrant? The FE engine is still a twin cam 16v but only has one toothed pulley for the the cambelt (cam's have internal gears linking them together) The GE is twin cam 16v but has 2 toothed pulleys for the cambelt
  17. I think the spring type is for the FE engine not the GE engine
  18. Is this one of John doodes old ones?
  19. id say its a days work not rushing and trying to protect the paint from being damaged.... plus bleeding the rad and re gassing the AC
