  1. are thay sort of 2 piece? like the underside rivited to the plastic part that you actually see?i got hold of some yesterday but thay dont have any toyota part numbers of badges on them so dont no if thay are toyota or not?

    good link nice to no the diffrences and what was a extra and standerd but wana no peoples preferences in why thay want a j spec over the uk? are the j specs really that much better! ive been looking for ages at uk cars and havnt really looked at a import! but time is ticking for the summer and i havnt got 1, so ime going to start looking at j-specs! just wonderd if it was worth me still hunting for a uk car?

    sorry all did a quick search but nothing really want no what makes people pick j specs over uk's and vica versa! heard some people say j specs are quicker and eaiser to tune etc? this really cant be the case can it? i no the uks are a bit more ££ to but but thay are cheaper to insure! and the uk comes with the 17's bigger breaks,full leather etc sorry if its been asked many times:innocent:
  7. think it drops about 3 inches! depends on how high the kerbs and ramps are!!
  8. problems being ramps and when u park in a space with a kerb! that baby will come clean off or seriously damaged

  17. well i work for lexus so get toyota bits fooking cheap! i told him a toyota belt is just ova £20 but he brought sum kevlar belt from the states got it from 1 of our traders i think! i didnt think there was a fix but i think i stoped reading the posts and didnt no if it got "fixed" or not! is a bit of a random 1 though! well at least his knocking has gone lol
  18. i know its bin asked before but i cant find it! i worked on a m8's supra today, done a cambelt for him (£120 bloody quid for the belt:blink: ) and he also had a knocking noise in reverse! found a lower arm bolt loose so decided to go round and check every nut and bolt under the car! hes just foned me and complained of a sorta front wheel slip on full lock and i rember it being talked about before?! and anybody shed sum light please!

    disconet the battery for a bit then refit it
  21. £150-200 ish for a matrix then 4-5 hours to fit i would of thought! think toyota are £75 plus vat per hour! alot of $$ to be honest
  22. if ya coolant hasnt been changed lately its prob realy dirty and black so could poss look like oil
