ahhh it sounded like you was removing it complete with the splines rather then undoing the bolts!!

is that the bit you are tryin to remove from the diff?

so if you look at the 1 you have removed,where the splines go into the diff there isnt a grove at the end with a clip on it?

theres a clip to hold it in!! if you grap the shaft there should be about 5mm of play?! thats it hitt on the clip! erm sorry i havnt got a pic,only a mental 1

turn in around half a turn and try again, theres a clip on the end and it might be jamming

sorry for the spelling! my m8 has a auto TT which has a shift solanoid fault according to the flash codes, could someone tell me of a common fault? and a pic or part number as dont want start changing sensors for the fun of it lol

no ring just a FCD! will req a boost controller still 2 get 1.2 bar. auzzie decat would be my choise but a mova****r to fit, the blitz and hks 1s are eaiser

ive had 2 ai606's and both had poor range! sometimes thay would work from a short distance away but most of the time i would near enough have to be on top of the car for it to open

no there plastic ones, came off my m8s import got the skirts and spats for doing a bit of work on his car for him, 1 skirt is slightly cracked and the other has some marks in it but thay will get preped and painted so guess it wont notice

hmm thats a good point! i would of thought the viscous would of taken more power then a electric one but yer it is a lot to do with very little gain! i was going to put a twin fan on poss from a gs300? would of thought thay share the same rad! plus this would relocate the expanction bottle for when i get a front mount

hks fan controller?? whats that lol supose you could tap a thread in a alloy part of the cooling system and use a normal kind of switch that a normal system would use??
