  1. It looks like it's going north M25so missing cobham, so as you say a new thread would be good then we can work out best place to join up.
  2. I've not got a club ticket but going to head up with a normal ticket, what time you going to meet at Cobham, I'm 10mins from there
  3. I dont think so. The stereo is a very old Alpine flip out screen and it all plugs into a big AI unit that I have hidden under the passenger seat.
  4. Hello, Found some 6x9 speakers I used to have in my old car and thought I would see what they were like in the supra. Found a helpful thread on fitting them behind the rear speaker brackets and have managed to get them in. Tested drivers side and worked fine so put the trim panel back on. Went to do the other one and when I plug it in, nothing from any speaker at all. The stereo still works etc but not even any white noise. Could I have blown a fuse. Plugged the speaker that I took out back in and still nothing at all. Little bit lost as other than the speakers ive not unplugged anything. Any help welcome this is driving me mad. cheers
  5. As per title. 25mm Hubcentric Eibach wheel spacers (pair). Good quality and in good condition. Have just replaced the nuts that hold them onto the hub as the ones that came with them were a little soft. Have been on the car for about 8000 miles, only changing as I had over fenders on and they now stock out to far. Would swap for similar quality 15mm spacer. Looking for £50 No photos as they are still on car. Cheers
  6. Thanks for the reply will give them a try, have done a similar thing on 1stchoice.co.uk
  7. Hello, Bit of help needed. Im trying to source a spare part for a friends 2004 RS6 C5. Basically its the drivers side lower fog light grill. It comes in two parts. The honeycomb style grill and the fog light surround. I just need the grill. Audi have a few left but there £70 for tiny bit of plastic, so thought I would try my luck on here. DOes anyone know any brekers that might have that sort of thing. Any help much appreciated. Part number 4B3807682D3FZ Cheers
  8. I'm in for this. Just need to confirm I'm not in Barcelona with work. Last year some of us met at Clackett lane services en route. Anyone wanting to do that again
  9. Hello, Have for sale Logitech driving force gt for PS3. In good condition, comes with gear stick built on. One of the rubber feet on the clamp is missing but doesn't effect the stability. I believe you can convert it to PS4 but you would need to investigate. Looking for £50 ono. Cheers
  10. Yeah if your that way, you might as well head to the ring. Just check the opening times. The non-motorway route is a very fun drive. Head out of SPA on the A27 the come off on the N659. Take a look on google maps you will see what I mean
  11. Last time I was at Spa we used Goldtrack. They limit numbers and standard was good. Not the cheapest but very professional. There were all types of car and everyone behaved well but went fast. Maybe not the track for a hot hatch as it is a high speed circuit. Supra would be more suited to Spa
  12. UK Spec, guy said they fit his lexus ones.
  13. Hello, Bit of help. Looking at some new wheels as fancy a change. Set have come up I like the look of but worried about the Offset. My arches are rolled but worried the offset is too much. Specs are Front 18x9j ET25 Rear 18x10 ET25 Will these fit okay Any help appreciated Cheers
  14. Thanks for replying. Typical though, thought it might be an easy one. What sort of price am I looking at used. Cheers
  15. Can anyone tell me the part number for the item circled in blue in the attached picture. It's part of the power steering system. I believe it's the pressure line. I need the section with the banjo fitting. Unfortunately the section circled in yellow has corroded and there is a pin hole in the metal which is spraying fluid all over. Cheers in advance for any help
  16. Just wanted to update this thread in case this can help anyone else in the future with similar issues. After resigning to the fact the the ECU might be shot, I had one last idea, which was to call AEM tech support in the states. I sent him an email explaining my problem and he replied saying it sounded like something was interfering with the signal. Some kind of accessory, maybe something with a relay. He said the EMS V2 either works and its shot, there never normally intermittent. Any way he said get the car started or at least try, the after turning it off, disconnected the negative battery for 30 seconds then try. I did this a few times and each ime it started on the first or second try. So seemingly something was causing this. Firstly I thought immobilizer so starting working out how to disconnect that, but after tidying up the under dash wiring I thought the only other new thing with a relay is the push start or the LED rear lights. So pulled the lights relay and tried again. Well wouldn't know it, start first time every time. So it turns out the relay was either not grounding properly, or had a funny connection. This was causing the ECU to think it was still on even when the car had been stopped, so when you came to start it again it was confused until I had turned the key enough times that it clicked back into life again. Mad how it can be something lie that. Anyway will monitor it for now just in case, but also wanted to thank everyone for all the comments/posts/suggestions especially Chris Wilson for his expert testing methods
  17. Yeah checked everything, all the pins that are supposed to get power are doing so. I also tested my stock ECU and thats working everytime.
  18. Hello, Before I take the last resort of sending my AEM back to the USA to be tested. Would anyone be willing to help me out. Basically I need test my AEM V2 on someones car. I need to check that it powers up each time the key is turned to the on position. I can probably do it without even starting the car as I can plug it in to my laptop and check its connecting to the software. Im based in the SW London are but willing to travel if anyone can help. Many beers to anyone that can help. If you cant no worries. Cheers Andrew
  19. Just a thought. I need to test if the ecu is turning on. I know its getting 12v, and I can get that off one of the ground wires, just trying the other (pin 79 and 80). However If I took the ecu out and hooked it up to a 12v source and ground (jumper pack). Would it do any harm. I ask as that way I could hook the laptop up to it and see if it can pick it up. That would help isolate the issue away from the ecu as every time the car works when I have the laptop plugged in, it picks the ecu up on the software.
