i have had a fairly big accident today and have been trying to get through to ensign all day. They do have an out of office hour phone number but they are not picking up. I spoke to sky and they said not to worry untill monday. Hope that helps.

no im positive i didn't hit it. I know its bent but it would of taken a good whack to bend it that much, and just asked the misses who was in the passenger seat and she said she would of felt it. I was concerntrating on missing it.[sHOCK][/sHOCK]

no fmic, so all good there. I am still amazed at getting through. Looks like it was made to measure for supra's. Also lucky enough the car was low enough to get under the corner of the road sign.

The only reason I can think of to why he did not stop is that I was slightly behind him as he swerved, and by the time he would of looked round, I had dissappeared accross the curb and up the bank. Just got back from the police station and they said, that because there was no collision and no damage to any road signs etc etc, there was nothing they could do. Seems like I would of been better of hitting him, but like you say, you try and do what you think is right, by not colliding.

im expecting suspension damage also. cheers again for all the support, just need to get a trailer so I can get it to the bodyshop for its inspection. Anyone know any good places to get one around the basingstoke area?

no there was not any contact, I was taken action to avoid hitting them. Thats the worst thing. I know where there is a camera he would of gone past but it is further down the road. So even if he has been spotted on that, I cant prove a thing. Gutted and feel robbed. p.s cheers for all the replies:thumbs:

Big thanks to supra ash for leaving work to come and help. Cheers for following me back. What did suprise me a little is another supra with a dragonball sticker drove straight past. If whoever it was reads this, im not having a go, I know people are busy and have things to do. I just half expected them to stop.

Well there were plenty of cars in and around the roudabout, so hopefully somebody has seen it. Im going to try and contact the council to see if they have any cameras in that area. Going to the police station in a bit to report it fully, but they did not seem that bothered on the phone and one even drove past without stopping. I need to get the car checked out fully, but insurance company are closed. There is a scrapping noise coming from somewhere, but nothing is hanging down or touching. I have a buckled wheel and think maybe the suspension is bent. Any ideas on what to do, or will the insurance company sort it?

Not happy at all. Infact that does not come close. Not going into full detail now as I will rant on, but a silver volvo swerved in front of me as we are leaving a roundabout going on to a dual carridgeway, leaving me no room to make it on to the dual c'way so I had to try and take action and carry on round, but a got onto the muddy dirt on the side of roundabout, smashed into a curb threaded the car between a lamp post and a road sign and came to a stop at the top of the bank. Car still drives but new do-luck kit is wrecked. Worst thing of all, the other car did not stop. Seems like he/she was completely oblivious to what they had just caused. Got the make and model of other car, but buy the time I had stopped skating accross the grass, he was long gone. Want to scream!!!!! Will post pics up in a bit. :( :(

I have just ordered the new canon 400d, going to pick it up from dixons duty free at Gatwick on my way to the alps. It comes in at around £450 and thats with the standard lens. Thats not much more than the 350d. Dixons is at pretty much every major airport. Im not amazingly in the know about cameras, but I will be using it to shoot snowboard sequences and as the 400d will shoot 3 fps and 27 jpegs, where the 350d will only do 14 jpegs. Hope I have not added to much confusion to the already hard choice of choosing which camera:thumbs:

Could anyone tell me if changing the brake fluid on a j-spec 94 n/a is difficult, and how would I do it. I have some new fluid on the way and wondered wheather it was easy enough to do myself. Im not a complete technical idiot so I do fancy having ago, but some direction and advice would be gratefully appreciated. cheers cainhead:d

I totally agree. I know I got lucky with that, it was the way he was trying to find other things to bust me with. Im just unsure now of what to do about my exhaust. I know its not that loud, but do I risk being pulled again, and it already being noted on there system. Anyone know how this works?

Just driving home from a mates house the other side of time. Its raining and im driving carefully, when the old bill go past me on a roundabout. As we are off down the dual carridgeway hes in the fast lane and starts to slow down, which means im undertaking him. Then he follows me for 4 miles untill the lights come on and he pulls me on a slip road:( . He does the usual and can see I have no front plates. (My problem I know but I have just had the new bumper on and still debating on best ways of attaching plates). I explain this to him and hes goes off to his mate. Then he comes back and said that im lucky this time, as normally its a £30 fine and a court summons to explain why im driving with no front plate. Then he goes on to say that my exhaust is excessivley noisey and that I would normally get a fine for this also. Not saying my car is not noisey but ive heard alot worse. What bothers me is that he let me off with the plate thing because I had a valid excuse:innocent: , but for the noise level which was apparentley to high, (and I had no excuses for that), he also let me off. This makes me think that he was just looking for more things to moan about and that he had no clue if my car measured to loud, especially as he was not in a normal traffic cop car. Now my car is logged on there system with having these offences because to be honest, I dont think they had anything better to do. Sorry about that but I had to get it out. Rant over p.s excuse the spelling, its late.

I taught English in Singapore about 6 years ago. I was working for the Thai youth hostels association on a summer camp. It’s where they send there kids to English speaking countries to put them in the right environment. Singapore being the closest to Thailand. You do not need many qualifications as you’re not in a classroom all day teaching about the language itself. These camps get the kids out into the community speaking the language. Most of them have a basic understanding of English. If you want to just dabble into teaching abroad this is a good way to get started. It’s also a nice way to learn a bit about that countries culture whilst your there. Check out the YHA (youth hostels association) for more info.

I have a set of Clear bumper indicators that I bought for my do luck front, but had already aquired a set before they turned up. They are the copy's from the states. You will need the looms, which are easily obtainable from Miami GT. PM me with any offers:thumbs: http://do-luck.co.uk/toyota/jza80latefr.jpg http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/vbpicgallery.php?do=big&p=3591 http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/vbpicgallery.php?do=big&p=3590

Does anyone have a engine bay wiring diagram for a 94 n/a manual please? Trying to fix my horn. Which leads to my next question. Does anybody have picture of the standard horn Thanks in advance to anybody who can help.

The hazards are still working, so the search for the fault goes on. Cheers for that info though. Unfortunately its an aftermarket horn with far to much wiring. Anyone got a spare stock horn I could borrow for my MOT:d PLEASE
