  1. You'll need a firm plan in place to do the blog thing well. It's harder than people think, and there are loads of people out there doing similar. But I'd say do it and make it work. You're young so get out there and enjoy life.
  2. Please put a price on your advert. Them's the rules!
  3. Welcome The first thing I'd do is pay for full membership on this site for him. Far more information than any workshop manual
  4. It's worth noting on the original advert whether this was an NA to start with or an auto. People may not realise it doesn't have the gearbox the car had from the factory.
  5. A standalone ECU like a Syvecs or a Motec and someone to map it. Not cheap, but no point spending less.
  6. I've merged both of your threads and given this thread a better title. If you say what your issue is in the title you'll get more help, and people searching for the same issue will be able to find it too. Search sounds like something that would help you in this case good luck!
  7. Well that is simply not true. - - - Updated - - - And nor is this.
  8. I've always seen him as more of a consultant than a shop. He can source everything you need, but his advice and experience is where the real value comes in.
  9. Some say he's terrified of PMs, and that all his tools are made of flint. All we know is...
  10. I'd trust maybe a handful of "tuners" in the whole country (Abbey and SRD spring to mind along with Owen Developments) with something like this. Proper engine builds need proper engine builders.

That's interesting because my experience is the polar opposite. Those I know in the Remain camp are very out-spoken and Exit-voters far less so.
  12. Welcome That'll need around £10-12k to make a reliable 600bhp unless you do a lot of it yourself with secondhand parts, which I wouldn't recommend!
  13. If you recirc the screamer properly at a shallow angle it'll be fine. Sounds loads better too.
  14. Since this isn't in tech, you do realise it's the middle pedal, right?
  15. Thanks mate yeah, driven a few. I'm driving a £37k Fiat 500 at Silverstone tomorrow. Secret thing next week will be a little more exciting though...
  16. Correct, sorry. That was unveiled on Thursday at the event I was at.
  17. Trust me. I gave them a seriously hard time on Spa and they managed three laps with no problems. Long pedal travel, but they work bloody well!
  18. Drove it at Spa last week. Quite liked it! http://www.carmagazine.co.uk/car-reviews/nissan/nissan-gt-r-2016-review/
  19. Wow. Blast from the past. Welcome back!
  20. It's not against policy, but it's probably going to be pretty difficult to get any insight from that survey
  21. Buy a cheap one and it'll hurt you. Those engines are fantastic, but they're also fantastically expensive to keep running. A big bill will likely be an economic write-off.

You went for Rosso in the end then?
  23. Group C? Just run in quali trim and don't use one at all
