I'm am extremely excited about this car We're talking fairly substantial BHP from a V6 engine, RWD, £55k, Jaguar interior and excellent driving dynamics. It's going to take Porsche's Boxster on with the roadster version and then the Cayman with the later hardtop. Both cars are the best in their respective classes by an absolute mile so it's going to be an interesting fight. The platform will also be built to take V8 and hybrid powertrains... an 'R' or 'R-S' version would really be something to behold.

They totally change the look of the car. It looks far more 'sports coupe' like that. It actually makes the car look smaller somehow, and that's certainly no bad thing! It's not a Skyline -

On a serious note, 600bhp is much better for a road car IMO. Mine was amazing fun but that's at the top end of what you can use properly on the road.

If she can handle 600bhp she won't mind 1000bhp will she? In fact, if she doesn't drive on boost it'll be easier for her to handle. If she does then she already wants more power. Give it to her. Then up the power.
