    Higher RON will give a more stable explosion in the cylinder and so you're less likely to see detonation, but if you're getting det then something else is wrong anyway... It would probably work as a safeguard against over-boosting in colder weather, but I'd not want to rely on it.

    I'd stop using txt spk, and then I'd confront them as soon as possible to give them a fair chance to sort it. If they don't, take it away and get somewhere good to do it instead.

    Sure, it's because I'm wrong and I didn't read your thread properly. I thought you were talking about 'induction kits' as opposed to the stock intake system using the cold air box.

    I really can't see Toyota offering a 4WD version since Toyoda decided the GT86 was a good idea, but saying that, it's incredibly difficult to package a RWD hybrid sports car. This is why the new NSX will be 4WD. - - - Updated - - - Porsche uses a flat-6
