  1. You can check the coolant on the expansion tank bottle.
  2. On initial inspection that does look a little bit erm... optimistic. What's the full spec of the engine again?
  3. That sounds incredibly high for a BPU Supra.
  4. Buy a TT. Also, don't be so lazy and use the search function!
  5. No, use the Toyota one. Uprated ones are to blame for a lot of cooling system issues.
  6. Stick a new Toyota rad cap on there and see what happens. Sounds like yours has failed.
  7. You'll be needing a full paid membership and an accepted trader application to sell things on here
  8. A good hammering of the search button is your friend here - there are plenty of threads covering all of this in great detail
  9. Which engine are you using in the NB for 500bhp? Surely not the 1.8?
  10. It's the firing mechanism for the ejector seat.
  11. I'll give you £4k for it
  12. I think the seller is a) optimistic and b) disco electric.
  13. Fair point, and I've read some of the other Mycroft sagas I suppose I just like to read a technical discussion.
  14. Shame we don't have discussions on quite this level now...
  15. Yep, it's all about getting the mechanical components to withstand the heat. If they've managed it in the crammed-full 911 engine bay though... they use BW ones don't they? Pretty much every single commercial vehicle I drive these days uses some form of VGT. Very interesting tech which I reckon will see more and more use as time passes.
  16. Decent traction control also makes quite a difference.
  17. Yep, virtually no lag is a very attractive prospect! I suspect packaging may be an issue, but then a big twin kit could probably provide a base.
  18. There's no reason why not, except the setup and development costs. I've often thought that would make a great road car.
  19. Also, can you cut the txt spk out please?
  20. We had it on the usual week-long test in the office. It has to be on my list of top 5 driver's cars I've driven this year though. Amazing fun, yes usable every day.
