  1. You'll need to join as a paid member before being able to do this. Details here: http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?82442-Club-Membership-Details-Including-Trader-amp-Hobbyist-Membership-Rules
  2. Using the report button is a MASSIVE help to us. It's a big deal, so those who do: thanks.
  3. Wake him up and make him fix it.
  4. I think he has a point... here's what I parked next to last year:
  5. Very likely. It's probably also inversely proportional to the ability to type coherent sentences.
  6. I've been every year over recent years. Will be there again this year too. If you like cars, it's an absolute must. The tickets are worth buying well in advance. It got sold out last year.
  7. If you can't say it without swearing, that's a little bit sad really
  8. If you're after a car which handles well, you're going to want to spend the cash on some decent springs and dampers along with a proper geo set-up.
  9. How did it do 100k then? lovely car though. Always liked yours.
  10. It might be worth a call to Knight Racer... they're known for doing copies of such kit. I'd be wary of fitting a copy unless I heard first hand from someone who has done it though. Some of them can be terrible. Other than that I suppose it's down to Japanese auctions.
  11. Well if you searched, then you didn't do it very well! There are loads of links out there. MVP list them, for instance: http://www.mvpmotorsports.com/Templates/frmTemplateM7.asp?SubFolderID=2774&SearchYN=N (bottom link)

  13. A UK spec with a five-speed 'box? there's something very strange going on here... sounds like £4,000 was WAY over the odds for this car. If you go for another engine then you'll have to pay at least £2k, and you'll still be left with a broken car worth next to nothing since it's got the wrong gearbox. UK cars never came with a W58 manual. I'm not sure quite what your options are here
  14. It's Easter holidays again isn't it? Anywho, I'd be changing gear when it feels right. Don't worry about hurting it, Toyotas are built pretty tough
  15. A TT swap is the cheapest way to get decent power. You could go down the NA-T route or 1JZ, but why bother? It'll probably end up being just as expensive, less reliable and generally not as good.
  16. Just be careful with the angle grinder.
  17. Personally I'd do the swap and then MOT the car so you get as long as possible on the ticket. You'll also know if there are likely to be any problems with emissions next time around.
  18. Imagine the damage a bottle coming loose in the cabin would do in the event of a crash!
  19. Yeah, they're not in Hampshire. In fact, with a website as dodgy as that I'd think very carefully about buying anything at all from them.
  20. They're one of the best wet weather tyres you can buy... must have been your car setup.
