What a load of rubbish! You do raise an important point though. Having a loud exhaust could be a public order offence, but only in exceptional circumstances. I don't think an MOT tester has a leg to stand on in this case. I'll probably be proved wrong, but anything that isn't specifically laid out can be mis-interpretted, and hence isn't a viable law.

I'd still rather have the Supra if the years were the same TBH. The ONLY Skyline i'd go for is the Nismo R34 Z-tune.

I know what you mean but the finished article is a lot better finished and drives better too. It's all too easy to write off cars because they share parts with other cars. Oh, and I didn't think the Mongdeo was 4WD?

It would be a bad move mate, trust me. Look at the XK Jags, they're fantastic value right now. Go for 2003+ though. Hey, I may not like them but the X Type is a long way from a Mongdeo.

Don't be a fool. They aren't that fast, are thirsty, look like a bag of shit and are outclassed by the S-Type, which is saying something! The interior is nice, I'll give you that, but you'll still be wondering why you bought the "budget" jag. PS I'm talking from experience

Nitrous isn't forced induction, it creates a bigger explosion in the cylinder because the oxygen is much, much denser when the spark plug fires. The nitrous cools the charge air, doesn't force it in.
