  1. ...you fit an engine from a Koeniggsegg CCX and go for 1700bhp. Obviously.
  2. Which site were you on fella? Online can seem like a right farce at times but I've settled with Pokerstars now as it seems the fairest to me. Can't beat a live game though TBH. The amount of times I've been exactly where you are now doesn't bear thinking about lol. Edit: How long had you been playing? Maybe he just got the measure of you
  3. Yup, agreed that's a good move. I was commenting on the people thinking this would put their car at risk of being stolen, which I seriously doubt
  4. Firstly you need to find out from them what the resettlement figure they have is. You won't be able to plan anything before you know that. If they give you a resettlement figure then you just need to raise that cash, give it to them, and bob's your mothers brother. No debt.
  5. I doubt very much that potential car theives are sitting there logging into Google's newest mapping application to find cars. Imagine how much work that would make for them! Much easier to log onto an owners club if they're stealing to order.
  6. Shane mate, time to sell the Supra, cut those losses and start again. I know it seems bleak right now, but it will be worth it. The longer you wait, the worse the credit company will get their claws in. You're better off starting fresh with a clean account and saving for another one if that's what you want. Remember, n/as aren't that expensive these days and it's still a Supra! Try not to get all emo about the whole thing... a positive attitude is the most important thing for you right now.
  7. spelling 'boi' like that does though
  8. LMAO! The cupboard bit is genius. I bet his breath stinks.
  9. Well you won't know if she doesn't try! The industry is so competitive right now. I know so many people who are as you describe but they're all fighting for the same thing. It's getting practically impossible to stand out.
  10. Smoke signals... the ironic way of saying you're right.

  12. If you have to even ask that question there's no hope.
  13. Complain to Esso. They'll have CCTV.
  14. Actually, this is the biggest chav mod ever:
  15. Thanks mate BPU can be done for around the £1k mark, which makes it fanstastic value for money. After that level of power (around 450bhp max) you're looking at a single turbo conversion. If you use decent parts with a decent mapper then you'll be spending over £10k for a reliable small single setup. As you say, larger setups can be pretty much an endless money pit. It completely depends what you'll be using the car for. Setting up a single for the track will usually cost lots more than setting one up for weekend road use.
  16. The Blitz LM would be my choice if I was choosing again. It's not cheap, but worth it for the quality. That or an ARC one
  17. I think you need a stock TT, get used to it with some sticky tyres (Toyo R888 for example) and then modify it as you wish for more power. BPU is a really big hike in power and if set up right could produce the car you're after without spending £15k+ on a good single setup.
  18. I'm shocked you've seen as many of these on the road TBH... I live fairly near the Maclaren factory and have only seen one. XJ220s are quite popular around here. The fact that it's been raced by an F1 legend adds value to the car IMO. It doesn't matter about high mileage really because these cars are so studiously maintained. It's more of a credit to the car if it's still going after all the abuse it's taken. FWIW, I'd love to see this go up against an XJ220 at a proper track... there will only ever be one winner
  19. Thank ewe for posting this. It's not baaad is it?
