  1. I hear anthrax is good Have you thought about some Blue Peter cardboard side skirts?
  2. Marco Pierre White is a bit better than Mr Ramsey IMO. A bit. He used to be GR's boss.

    Roflmao!

Meh. I found it amusing. I blame the pub.
  4. That's the pinkest red car I've ever seen!
  5. I honestly would hate to add it up... let's say well over £15k on performance mods. It's reliable as long as you look after the car and keep it serviced regularly. I've driven through Europe several times and I have had some problems, but I'm confident my car will be perfectly reliable next time I hit the Nurburgring. If done correctly, a single turbo Supra should be just as reliable as a BPU car. After all, in theory there is less to go wrong
  6. So many quotes need answering here. I won't, just for equality (and the mass-Supraist majority reading on Friday evening). I only have one thing to say. And that is:
  7. So many unsaid comments in one post. One thousand thanks.
  8. You are lucky, because a lot of owners with this sort of issue can't afford the tax, let alone the insurance. What I said was a generalisation, but not a completely far-fetched one. Show me someone who has bought a 6 speed Supra TT and spent less that 1k in a year on general up-keep alone.
  9. How about now? http://www.maxspeed-motorsport.com/catalog/images/gp%20sport%2001.jpg
  10. For example: http://www.vertex-usa.com/images/Nissan/S14Kouki/Vertex/front.jpg ... but a nice big ol' wing Edit: or this:
  11. Sounds like you know what you want then... although a 200sx is the obvious choice for cheap drifting. Or an AE86 but I would really worry about the size of one of those. How about an S14 with an RB26 engine in it? Not only would you get the power but you get a classic chassis for drift in a fairly rare car. That's what I'd do if I was you. Oh, and RX7s are expensive to keep. Don't think they're cheap just because of the sale price. They drink petrol, eat tyres and the older ones break a little too often now...
  12. Not so, my dad ruined an OZ rim on a pothole in Hampshire and we got a full payout for it.
  13. Let me be the first to say, you'll struggle to get in one mate. It's not a big car at all, and I think you'll feel cramped and uncomfortable. For my money, having driven both, the Supra is the better car. The RX7 always had that feeling of driving on a knife-edge whereas the Supra feels so much more adjusted to high speed. The RX7 does handle very nicely, but there are just too many limiting factors for me. How about something like an Arial Atom with the 300bhp engine if you're going that route?
  14. Parish Councillors. Says it all really. They don't have anything better to talk about. I'd love to know what will happen when people start going after the council legally and find themselves winning negligence cases.
  15. So she's trying to rob a store, then gets pleasured non-stop for her troubles. Damn, I'd be gutted.
  16. The Supra TT is not a viable daily driver these days. Sad, but true, unless you run 100% stock on low mileage. Where in Hants are you from fella? I could meet up and have a chat with you about it all if you need to. If you want a Supra, nothing else is going to come close in that price range for sheer excitement but everyday usage is a different matter. Take it from an ex-single turbo daily driver owner.

    was it you

I'm waiting to hear from the insurers but I think they'll repair it. Good ol' agreed value eh?!
