It's all about condition and mods. A decent Supra is a rare car, so it fetches a premium. Also, a 6 speed manual gearbox commands a huge price hike because it's just so good. Single turbo cars are generally more expensive because of the work done to them to get them up to spec. Think way over £10k worth of mods for a decent one. UK TTs are expensive as well because they have extra kit (have a look at the FAQ section for a detailed run-down) The cheapest Supra is the NA auto. Also it's obvious the newer the car, the more expensive (up to a point). Do you have examples of 2 cars which have a £5k difference?

What do you mean by "gave in totally"? I find it hard to believe the same model Fluidyne which is on my car would do the same TBH. In fact, sounds like what my stock one did.

Nice good result. It's not as thick as the better aftermarket ones though, and I noticed a massive difference in water temps after fitting a SS rad. That might be because mine was fooked though.

... Hmm... well it's not law then. They'd have to make it part of the MOT I guess if it was going to work in the UK.

Depends on mods though doesn't it? A decatted one will be louder than a stock, and a single louder still (usually).

Well yes, I don't have time to keep up with 10000000 car clubs via phone but on FB it's right there in front of me. Also, there are people who I care about enough to keep in touch with but not very often (old school friends etc) but FB takes the worrying out of that. I've found since I joined a few years back I've actually seen a lot more of some groups of friends as a direct result. It's less about the 'announcing' for me as the social aspect. You can chat instantly online or via private messages, plus the advantage of being able to use it to advertise your latest venture. I understand people's concerns and doubts, but in the right hands FB can be quite effective.

I like Facebook because it allows me to keep in touch with people who I wouldn't usually be able to, and it's a good way to chat quickly with people online. A lot of my musical friends use MySpace to 'network' and promote bands etc. I guess that's its main use. I don't get Twitter at all; but I've not used it so...
