It's all very well tuning them for power, they have turbos so no big deal. The hard bit is getting them to out-handle an M3. The suspension is significantly different.

Here, here. I can see the government banning the registration of imported second-hand petrol cars in the near future. Still, that means our cars are likely to go the way of the horse when the motorcar became popular. They will flourish in their environment, away from the regular road users. *sigh* well I hope so, anyway.

It's billed to be the AE86 Corolla replacement. As you say, too small, engine is also nowhere near good enough. 'orrible sounding boxer engines shouldn't be associated with the Supra.

I think a TRD spoiler sorts that right out though. It holds its own against cars like the VXR8 still IMO.

The 335i engine is a fantastic unit, way ahead of it's time. That's why it won engine of the year when it came out. I have to agree. I also like the way they look, although the aesthetics aren't anything like the Supra. Oh, and it's got too many real seats.

Auto or manual? A converted NA will probably be worth £5k, up to £7k if it's got a Getrag. The car will never fetch as much as a true TT. The wheels won't help the sale on here either.
