It already is. And Lotus is suffering from kiddies with Elises. No-one is exempt! Mercedes are looking at the same fate, same with Audi. The only cars that won't see this kind of attention in any noticeable way are exotica that undesirables can't afford to run. That's why I might buy a TVR next.

Well no, you didn't confirm which parts you got for £25 but still, whatever you think. Seeing as I paid double what did for just the plastic bit - and that was a good deal - I think it was fair to assume you didn't get the whole lot. Anyway, I'm out of this discussion now.

The only reason I brought it up was that Martini paid 6 times the amount you did - and in the interests of users browsing the forum for the same thing, I thought it important to represent the true value of both setups, rigid and active. I wish I hadn't bothered now

Hmmm I wouldn't worry too much. Those articles carry about as much credibility as an eggplant for people who are remotely interested in cars. Motoring journalism doesn't go too much lower.

It's similar tech to other semi-autos, but... I'd be finding a car with dual clutch M DKG if I was you. I've driven one and it's a fantastic gearbox. EDIT: 9000 posts. Whoopee.
