  1. I once had a passenger ride in a Juke R (built by RML) with a rather handy driver behind the wheel (he's doing LMP1 for NISMO this year and tipped for F1) and it still left me feeling uninspired. If that isn't exciting, what hope for the barge version?!
  2. They leave me cold too. It's a big old thing to hurl around if you're driving it properly - too big and fast to be really enjoyable on the road, too big and lumbering to be fast enough on track. You can go a lot quicker for far less cash in either situation.
  3. Quick bump of this one for some of the more recent new members. We're seeing an increasing number of threads with titles like 'help' or 'opinions'. Making titles more descriptive will get you more answers and also help others find your thread using the search, meaning they don't need to post a new thread on the same subject
  4. be my guest. You have my permissions!
  5. Did you actually read that post before hitting the submit button? You've contradicted yourself... in the same sentence. That smacks more of 'four pints and a keyboard' than any sort of reputable business. Not that many of those trade on Ebay and Facebook anyway. Still, welcome. I'll look forward to your trader application.
  6. Winter tyres + RWD = far more fun... the Supra's ground clearance would be a problem too. I know there's a Hilux with a 2JZ, so maybe that would be an interesting place to start.
  7. Adding an extra two driven wheels will be heavier and less reliable
  8. Why do you want decent aero and four-wheel drive? I really can't get my head around this project. Sorry!
  9. Haha. "I can't be bothered to write anything about the car, but no stupid offers anyway". Joker.
  10. That's a huge fail. Pro snappers don't take kindly to theft!
  11. If he's used pics of your car with no permission, invoice him.
  12. Not a chance if the person in the manual can pedal properly.
  13. Welcome This link should answer most questions: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/forumdisplay.php?60-Basic-Supra-Guides You don't need to build the engine for 600bhp though. And start with a TT. Far easier to tune properly.
  14. That is because a manual is faster around a track.
  15. If you can drive it properly there's absolutely no doubt the manual is the more engaging and entertaining car. The auto suits the Supra better as a GT car, though.
  16. http://www.nengun.com/ganador/super-mirror Good luck finding some, though!
  17. Wouldn't touch hybrids. They never seem to last as long as even OEM turbos once you turn the boost up. I'd either get some Toyota ones and run at 1.1 bar or go single. Anything else is a false economy to me.
  18. Tweaked your title to help other people searching for the same thing.
  19. I was thinking that, but the shell must be worth a bit, being an OEM aero?
