  1. Is that a Stillen though, or a fibreglass copy? If it's urethane then go for it!
  2. Yes, and he has his own threads for his videos, too.
  3. I'm in, with the most controversial list of drivers possible. (Pending confirmation of my entry, anyway).
  4. I can't begin to explain how dead he would be with no rollover bar.
  5. Where from? They're over £300 per wheel from the places I've looked at.
  6. No, I had 275 before (R888) and they tended to tram-line quite noticeably. The 265 seems to be better, although now you say it I'm tempted to try wider rears with a road tyre to see how it performs.
  7. I'm after 265/35/18 - I can't find them listed anywhere! If only I could find some F1 GDS3s in that size my problems would be solved. How about Avon ZZ3? Anyone rate them?
  8. I wouldn't buy an RX7 at that price... but if you do, make sure it's got a documented rebuild rather than just hearsay. A friend of mine bought one under the premise it had been rebuilt, then blew up the engine. The rebuilder said it still had the paper gaskets/seals from the factory and couldn't have been rebuilt. Out of the choices, I'd go for an early Evo. If it was me, I'd have something completely different
  9. If it makes you feel any better, it's FAR healthier for you to cool the car down by driving it slowly, then turning it off as normal rather than using a turbo timer. It's a snake-oil solution to the problem. Sell it or give it away and save yourself the headaches
  10. Just to bump this - I'm buying new rubber at the weekend (finally!) but I'm still undecided... I can't find the RE050A in the right size and I think I'm going to settle on PS2, any other thoughts before I take the plunge? I'm especially interested in those who do a bit of track driving.
  11. I don't think you'll get much interest from here, because people will have to send bits by post, and pay for the privilege. Nice idea to get yourself a single turbo Supra though... a bit different from the 'please sponsor me' and 'donate to my charity' threads we usually see. Plus, it would be good to see the Supra in the record books again.
  12. Good car, good price. I wonder what the catch is.
  13. It is, and probably the best action we'll see this year
  14. Anyone had a recent quote for replacing the bushes for OEM Toyota parts? I'm not interested in poly bushes
  15. Yeah it's a Brava, and I'm a nob.
  16. It was an Opel Astra, and probably around five miles per hour.
  17. The reason you haven't seen anything concrete is because both parameters vary depending on type of mods and the location of sensors... I'd suggest a read of this book
  18. You and KDW should do it! I can't think of any other cars for sale for more than the watch
  19. Is this guide going to assume people are buying kits, or is it going to include designing your own bespoke system?
  20. Penguin gymnastics would be nice. Also, seal tennis, whale-colliding and dolphin high-jump.
  21. It's an investment. The truly great cars will appreciate loads, and buying a car in this climate can become a better way of making or keeping money than leaving it with the banks. Some bankers in London have paid £25k over the list price to get their hands on a Ferrari 458.
