Well if it shows up on the database as stolen/recovered then it's bad news for buyers. Simple as. Sorry, but it's a fact. You've only knocked off £500, so it isn't priced accordingly at all. Shame, because it's a lovely and very rare car.

How was it stolen/recovered but not recorded by insurers? That would take a lot more than £500 off the price of the car for me, unless I was buying it to take rallying

I suppose there are three 'bands' really. The sub 40k cars, the sub 100k cars and everything else. A sub-40k UK TT6 would be worth more than £15k to anyone serious enough about buying the right car.

The reason I'm asking is because the UK Supra had 550cc injectors as standard, so there's no reason you'd fit aftermarket ones of the same flow capacity, is there?

Chris Wilson does a good line in suspension, using very good components. It would be wise to contact him and discuss your requirements.

I'm using Endess CCX carbon-ceramic compound pads and I've been impressed so far. Better than the Tarox ones I used before. They're expensive, but worth it IMHO. Cheaper than the AP kit

The UK brakes are a great bit of kit mate, provided you use the right pads. You won't get more stopping power with a bigger kit, just less resistance to fade. Seeing as mine won't fade after a lap of the 'Ring driving fairly hard, I wouldn't be too worried. Don't forget decent fluid too, that makes a big difference.
