  1. Maybe If you'd e-mailed them a list of mods rather than done it over the phone it wouldn't have happened. That's what I did. Better to call them and discuss it rather than put a thread up moaning about them IMO.

Welcome back what's the new plan for the Supra?
  4. optimistic power figures and spelling there, but welcome anyway. Pictures of the GTO would be good I'd make sure you do a lot of reading on here before hitting 'stage 3'...

That Lambo door conversion is going to cost you a fair bit

  7. LOL well I've got something like it at home which I was sent free a few years back. I would never have considered polishing my wheels with it because it's just too flimsy. The one in your picture looks worse than mine! Give it a go... although not sure why you asked the question if you knew the answer already
  8. I very much doubt that will work polishing metal mate... it's for polishing your paintwork.
  9. That's £30k well spent if you know what you're getting.
  10. Did anyone ever find out what goes on the moderator who messed his profile?
  11. I lunched one doing a launch at the 'Pod once... but then nothing is truly indestructible, is it?
  12. This might sound stupid, but couldn't you just not use it? I mean, why do you want to get rid of it?
  13. I find the whole experience of driving a single turbo car much better with no screamer pipe. It grated on me every time I drove the car. Hearing the induction noise is so much better

  15. You're in for quite a surprise me thinks I'm in Basingstoke so I'm sure we can arrange something. Maybe a mini-meet, then you could go out in a TT too and compare the two. There's loads of us in the area.
  16. Cool, where in Surrey are you? When my car is done I'll take you for a spin if you want, see if you like it. I've just lunched my turbo so I've got a bigger one going on.
  17. How long have you been driving mate?
  18. They cost more to buy and maintain, plus require a level of technical knowledge if you don't want the car to spend half its life off the road. A 400bhp TT Supra (BPU) is a fast machine, and even stock Supras will out pace a lot of expensive machinery. Drive one and you'll see what I mean. The Civic will feel like a lawnmower
  19. Welcome. Single turbo means the car is highly modified, and not really suitable for a turbo beginner. A TT would be a much better bet. Buy one as close to stock as possible, and mod it to your own spec.
